Their customer service is amazing. Every issue I have, they respond right away. I have even had zoom sessions to talk me through how to do things. Can not recommend this app enough, the team behind it is phenomenal!

I have used Pickeasy on various stores that I manage. It has great functionality for pickup dates and time, blackout dates and hiding the slot picker on certain products. It is very easy to use. They also have great service. I have had a few occasions in which I needed their help. They are responsive and easy to work with. Great App all around!

Siva provided me with excellent service throughout the live chat and the Zoom meeting he offered when I couldn't resolve the issue myself. He took his time to help me with the problem and was incredibly thoughtful throughout the process.
