the team is amazing with solving the pick up and delivery problem. Vinduja has been amazing and very patient with my lack of it knowledge. great app, highly recommended.

Easy configuration. Very responsive customer service live chat. Annie and Subiksha had been very helpful and patient in me through the setup which caters our diverse needs.

This app works great, and the team behind it is even better. They are diligent and will even schedule a video call with you. What app company does that? They have been flexible and went the extra mile to make the app work for my store. Highly recommended.

I have dealt with Rahul and he has been very helpful. He fixed a few things I couldn't work out myself and he was available multiple times to get it right.

I wanted to streamline my check out process and Veena was incredible. In a quick zoom call she made all the corrections and now my check out process is beautiful! Thank you!! I have a bakery, and I wasn't sure what was the best App to schedule my local deliveries and pick up options during checkout. There are so many apps that it was really confusing. I chose Pickeasy, and I couldn't be happier. The help team is super helpful. They give you support all the way to set up and answer all your questions. I was helped by Veena, and she couldn't have been more helpful. She was extremely patient, and walked me through the process until it looked exactly like I wanted it. Sudhan is a kick-ass helper! He helped set up my Delivery rates and delivery conditions, accessed my computer using zoom calls, and walked me through every part of the process. Very helpful. Even when I couldn't do things, he allowed me to sit back and watch him set up each scenario on my page. Thanks!

I am editing my review and apologise to the team at Delivery-Pickeasy App for my 1 Star review previously, I did not realise that I had installed this app previously so I wasnt aware I had already used the trial. Thankyou for your quick response and for looking into this for me and for giving me an explanation. It is much appreciated.
