Pickeasy is an app that does exactly what it is supposed to do. It is very customisable and has the basic features we require. Two times I've run into issues and both times the issue was resolved within 12 hours. Note that the app language is not the same as the language on the website. It is possible to make your own translations to other languages.

Wonderful customer service with very qualified technicians. They even helped me customize emails to the clients after fixing what I called about. There are limitations to Shopify's interface with their app, which is hard to work around, but they helped me with the best possible solution.

Valid experience. Had a wrong checkout language setup, support fixed it for me before I explained the whole problem. Works great, and for starters, even the free version is very good! You need a premium to setup multiple locations for pickup, but for start, you can setup the locations using vanilla shopify and then as your shop grows convert to PickEasy completely.

Not only did he help me walk through all of that, he also helped me fix a few other things he noticed. Now it's working perfectly. THANK YOU SO MUCH MANAZ!!
