Off the bat, the app is great and the guide to install and tweak easy to follow. A couple things I couldn't figure out were helped by the team, and they went a step above by helping with alignments of the cart and increasing the user experience :) Definitely recommend if you have pickups and local delivery option for your business. *2nd time requesting help and they figured out an issue that was actually on shopifys side. Came up with a quick and easy solution, thanks!

Was having difficulting with a couple of settings and messaged the support team. Within 5 minutes I was on a Zoom call, he was controlling my screen and entering code to fix all my problems. Amazing service I was so impressed by this. I highly recommend you download the app.

This app works wonderfully for my business. Their customer service is top notch. The reps I've spoken with are very patient and they also appear to be available 24/7. No matter the time of day I seem to receive a response fairly quickly. Highly recommend this app to all business owners. I was able to add multiple pickup locations and adjust the specific date/time for each location. Order details are listed on the app as well. Love the features offered on "In Store Pickup Local Delivery" and will continue to use this moving forward.

I spent far too much time trying to figure it all out on my own. With an instant response from the help chat, we began a zoom call where everything I had spent hours (and hours) trying to resolve while researching on forums was fixed instantly and promptly. Our floral & gift store is using this app now to allow customers choose when they would like to receive their orders, by choosing if they want a delivery, or to pick up at the store. We customised the date range and time slot according to our business hours. The interface is user friendly, it's very easy to use as feedback by our friends who have tested out our newly launched website (we shifted from another e-commerce platform to Shopify recently) Installation is hassle free and the only thing we faced was the date picker window got truncated while on mobile mode. Once we wrote in, they replied within 6 minutes and got it fixed, that's just incredible.

I used this app to help me customize my page so I can have date and time slots for delivery. I had an issue trying to solve something with Paypal and Saravana was the best helping me with some coding. Less than 10 minutes and he solved my issue!!!
