Great support from padma. every theme is different so if you stuck while using this app feel free to contact for help. they will look after for you. i shared my screen with zoom and they fixed the issue very quickly. great team of enthusiastic people working behind computer to make our business operation easier.

This app is perfect for my cookie business! It allows you to pick specific pick up/delivery days & times which is exactly what I needed. Customer service is extremely helpful in explaining everything and helping me navigate through their app. I would highly recommend downloading it if it fits your needs!

Have never received such good service for pretty much anything in my life, ever! There could be a few extras but the service and commitment from the team, 24/7, completely makes up for it! Both my husband and I use this app on our separate websites and it works perfectly for us. Life saver app! Thank you LogBase!

Its only my second day trying to configure this app to my Shopify store. The support service was great. My time is short in trying to launch my site. Those small changes really made a difference. This app is a great complement to shopify's native local delivery/pickup function. A must have in my opinion. The documentation provided is clear and easy to understand, set up is fast and simple, and the app is well designed and easy to understand on the front end. I had a quick question, and the app developers were kind enough to go above and beyond to address my question and help to set up all of the steps I had yet to finish for the installation. Support is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

The chat feature is really useful and Kumar helped me set up all the features I needed. This is a great app if you want specific collection slots to be available for the customer to choose from.

Excellent app, I am using for local delivery, simple to use, integrates with the store and the guys quickly fixed a small issue I had in the cart due to some other apps. Very happy with this app and the support.

Would like to commend the LogBase team for their swift response and action about our issue. App is also easy to use and the support team is very approachable within the app itself.
We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused. This happened because our HTTPS renewal failed for some unknown reason. The app was down for 2 hours due to it. We assure you such glitches will never happen again. Thank you for the opportunity and patience.

An integration that actually works!! The customer support is second to none. Kumar completed the entire set up for us and when we had a glitch (our fault), they instantly sorted it out. Since then we've needed additional features and the team are always on hand to give us support - jumping on a Zoom call straight away. Definitely give them a try, their rates are competitive, their customer support is top notch and they’re constantly improving and adding to their services. Great job!
