Great customer support and set up! Just starting to use the APP, but all the tests are doing everything we need. Great for Florists or anyone wanting to deliver based on distance, deliver specific products only on certain dates. Only have local pick up. Lots of choices. And MUCH more affordable than the competitors.

Have been using this app for my bakery for roughly the past 6 months. We offer several delivery options as well as pick ups and we’re scheduling everything individually before using the app. Having the calendar scheduling tool has been a game charger and saves us a lot of time and makes it so much easier for customers to book their orders themselves. There are a lot of options to customize so I was able to tweak the standard offerings on the app to suit our specific situation easily. I had 2 semi-major issues since using the app that prevented any orders being placed on our website for a short period of time but we’re quickly corrected by their customer service team. Both my customer service experiences have been 10/10 and they even fixed an issue overnight for me. Couldn’t recommend this app any more!

Everytime I have a challenge the fix is just moments away with this team. The ease of getting things solved is fantastic for busy stores. Thank you!

Setup was a bit technical but the support team responds really fast! I was helped by Janani and she was really really helpful with everything and help me set up everything over a Zoom call and showed me exactly what to do in the future. She is knowledgeable about the product and is able to help with everything that I wanted to do (other than a few small edits that required more backend coding). All in all, I'm giving this a 5* because of the exemplary service that I received from Janani. Thank you ma'am!

Amazing App, and even better customer service. I was able to have a same day zoom call with the developers and have a complete set up done for me via screen sharing, it was so easy, and so helpful. We were able to streamline all of our inventory to one warehouse location even though we have several different pick up locations. Can't say enough great things, you need this.

Using this app was great - I can setup local pickup and local delivery, add timeslots and configure it all the way I need to make it work for my business. I had configured some things incorrectly, but Shree was able to instantly fix the problem! Great support team!!

I contacted support 2 times (once to help set up, and one to add an extra feature) - they were so quick! Literally I sent an email and 15 minutes later I had a response saying my request had been put into action. love it so far!

This app is the real deal. Fresh out of the box, no issues at all, and support was above and beyond anything I could’ve asked for. Siva was great from start to finish. This was the best installation I’ve done by far. I was set up with ease within 24 hours. Their support team is ALWAYS there by your side every step of the way. I’m going to install their other apps. Stop looking for other local shipping / pickup apps and get this right now. You’ll be stupid to pass this up, you can’t beat the price and support with these guys, they’ll hold your hand and set it up for you with ease.

Customer Service is amazing - always helpful, responsive and fix the issues immediately. Was quite easy to setup however my needs are very fickle so they were able to help me get it to where it needs to be. Update 01-23, still incredible service and so happy with this app - would love the developers to please have a minimum spend per day rather than a flat fee for all 7 days please. Dhinakar is 5* service.

Great app and the features work perfectly but the support is what really makes this app stand out. I've had lots of custom requests which the team have really worked hard to understand and implement for me within minutes to a couple of hours at most. If you ever have any questions the team are always happy to help straight away. I will use this app on any future stores that need it and will be happy to use any apps made by this developer.

These guys have the best customer service hands down. Anne went above and beyond to fix the problems I was facing. Some of the problems were not even from the app but they went an extra mile to solve everything.
