Subiksha was super helpful when resolving issues. This app is excellent! It's exactly what we needed to compete with other major food ordering platforms. We were able to split our our products offering for pick up or delivery, allow customers to choose their preferred dates and times, black out certain days the courier won't pick up, and allow for 1 hour slot windows for pick up and collection. This is a game changer if you run a hybrid business model for fulfilment. I HIGHLY recommend! Plus the support is excellent - issues resolved in minutes not days.

This app works well and has reduced our backoffice workload significantly and reduced order errors. It's pretty easy to use and set up, the support service is very responsive and have fixed any issues I've come across They keep adding more features that keeps this app well ahead of the competition. We've changed our theme and again the app team were super responsive, changing the app colours to match our new theme really quickly

This app is really important for online florists because choosing delivery date is very crucial for our customers. A huge shout out to the team, Sree, Siva, Janani and Rajkumar, who had helped me to set up the delivery settings based on our store unique needs. We are an online cake store and we use this app for our local deliveries and pick up. The app works well and we are happy with it. The most important part is the customer service. The support team has been invaluable to us from helping with the set up and fixing any minor issues. They have a Zoom service, where you can book a meeting and speak to someone on their team and they help you right then and there. The customer service is outstanding.

I haven't fully explore and use it but the way it was shown and configure, it pretty covered all things our online store is needed.
