Amazing!! The customer service is out of this world!! A rep stayed on chat with me for over an hour customizing the app for my shop and let me know next steps for adding a second location. My shopping cart now looks fantastic and is so much easier to use than the other app I was using! Thank you!!!!

This app is miles above one of the competitors which we used first. We were unhappy and looking for any change, but could not imagine how many issues would be fixed JUST upon installing it. We did have to contact customer support, but Sudhan from their customer service team was a dream. Solved all of our critical issues at an odd hour, I simply clicked the "chat with an agent" button and he immediately asked if I'd prefer a Zoom call, we got everything worked out. Fantastic app, highly recommend.
I installed this app to help me schedule pick ups and local deliveries. After only a few days I decided to uninstall when I discovered a flaw that allows customers to select local delivery than check out without providing their address - causing me to have to get in touch with the customer for clarification. Which totally defeats the purpose of the app. I spoke with customer service and the problem can be remedied if you upgrade the app (aka pay more money) which to me is like - you know there's a glitch in the system but in order for the app to run smoothly, you want me to pay more. Ya okay.... There are some things I liked about the app, but ultimately having to contact customers to follow up doesn't serve my business well.
Thank you for the feedback. Actually the checkout page of Shopify is not customizable, you can verify this with Shopify as well and the only way for any app to handle local delivery with rates completely is with their carrier calculated shipping API. The API is free with the annual plan of Shopify and it is $20/month in their monthly plan. This is charged by Shopify, not the app. For the app to handle delivery rates we don't charge extra. It is part of your current plan itself. We have already emailed you and we will be glad to connect on a Zoom call and set this up for you in the current app plan itself.
Great app to use for local deliveries and super great customer service through zoom. I had issues setting up and had a great experience through zoom with the technical service rep helping me with my issue and beyond.

This app worked perfectly for us,. The support they provided was amazing. I was able to have my questions answered quickly by Kumar and his team, hopping on Zoom twice for a quick chat that saved me lots of time. 5 STARS!
Great app! The guide is very clear and easy to set up. They are also available for zoom chats to help with the set up what a great bonus.

This app works exactly as I wanted it to be. There are some features which could be done to improve the overall performance and efficiency of the app which I would give it only 4 stars, but their customer service is superb and swift in handling technical issues. So 5 stars for you!
This app is perfect for everything I've thrown at it. I have three zones of deliveries, all at different prices and all with free shipping over £20. Can set the zones with full postcodes or partial matches and it works amazingly. Can easily customise the look of the cart mechanics to suit your theme and the options for setting specific days for delivery and lead times is crucial and flawless. And then there is the support, they cannot do enough for you and they are available 24/7. They reply instantly and any changes or big jobs are done within 12 hours, if not there and then. The team have made big changes based just off my questions and they literally cannot do enough to help. I honestly wouldn't bother wasting your time trying other apps because I have tried them all and they dont even come close to the functionality and support of this one by LogBase.

Got to say hands down some incredible technical support with these guys. Was on a tight deadline and experienced some issues - they got back to me within 6 hours and basically ran through everything from start to finish to make sure all was working. Special thanks to Kumar!
