We onboarded Order Editing before Black Friday to enable customers to edit their orders post-purchase and reduce inquiries to our customer service team. The app has been fantastic since implementation—easy to use and effective. The support team has been very helpful and responsive, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and ongoing success. Highly recommend!

We recently started using the Order Editing app, and it has been an absolute game-changer. The app itself is intuitive, seamless to integrate, and has made facilitating post-purchase order edits a breeze for our customers! A huge shout-out to Hamish and Pauly for their incredible support throughout onboarding and beyond. They’ve been proactive, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we were set up for success (some of our use-cases were quirky). More broadly they're positive, energetic... it's infectious! If you're looking for a reliable app to provide self-service order editing, improve customer satisfaction and drive up-sells, I can’t recommend this one enough. Exceptional app with equally exceptional support!

We installed Order Editing before our Black Friday sale to help reduce ticket volumes for our Customer Service team, and it did exactly that! It was extremely easy to get set-up and going. Hamish and the team are second to none. They've built a great solution for a problem that most ecomm merchants and brands experience on a daily basis. Highly recommend this to any Shopify merchant. It'll be a staple in any Shopify tech stack I build from now on!
