Hamish, Pauly and the entire Order Editing Team deserve more than 5 stars. From start to finish they've made the experience with their app a breeze! All initial contact prior to onboarding felt super easy, probably the most chill collaboration I've experienced when it's come to integrating a new program within the business. Onboarding and beyond has also been just as easy; Paul was and continues to be super supportive. He's got a wealth of knowledge that was invaluable during set up. The app itself has exceeded all expectations, no qualms. Easy to navigate, user friendly, cost effective and the team is just a message away if you ever need them. We implemented the app a week out from our busiest sales period of the year which was a scary thought. Fear not, there were no issues even with some insane web traffic. Within 30 days we've seen a fair decrease in ticket volume and an increase in upsell revenue without even using the app to its full capability. Connecting with OE was a breath of fresh air. Keep up the epic work guys.

Order Editing has been fantastic for us. It has helped us both save money and generate additional revenue. Their team is incredibly responsive and helpful. Every time I have had a question, they have jumped on a call to get everything set up properly. I would 100 percent recommend this app.

We’ve had amazing results since switching to order editing! It’s been a total game changer - super easy to use and has improved our customer experience across all regions. A special shoutout to Paul and Hamish for their support. They’ve been so helpful throughout the entire setup and Paul went above and beyond to help us successfully launch in our other regions. Highly recommend this app and the team behind it!

Order Editing does what it says on the tin, allowing customers to correct and amend errors in the shipping address, cancel their orders if they need to, add or remove products. Also it works with our 3PL integration even though the 3PL software pulls our orders the moment they are placed (by delaying the order on our side not the WMS side if you're wondering how). That would be enough. However it also then pays for itself many times over by enabling post-purchase upsells. Upsells which do not reduce conversion rate! And if that were not enough, if you're on the Plus plan as we are then you get direct slack access to the app developers who are incredibly helpful and responsive and who somehow manage to cover all timezones among their small team! Well done OE team you've created an app that solves a customer pain point while paying for itself
