Order Editing has been an incredibly helpful addition to our site experience. Since bringing it on, we’ve noticed a meaningful reduction in customer care tickets, especially around order updates, address changes and forgotten discount codes. The app is simple, intuitive, and makes things easier for both our team and our customers — a win-win. We’re also so grateful for Hamish and his team. 110/10 customer service. Extremely friendly, prompt, kind and helpful. Application is easy once you get the hang of it. But when you need assistance, they're on it right away and respond within the day and usually fix it for you if they have the permissions. Do recommend.

Excellent app and great team who is there to support you every step of the way. Our customers are consistently making edits using the post purchase interface and it saves our CX team a ton of time. Even better? The post purchase upsell has paid off big time. A must have for your store.

We recently completed our Order Editing integration and the service experience was outstanding. Pauly (Head of APAC) led us through the entire setup with exceptional responsiveness and clarity. Pauly made himself available at all times, problem-solved quickly and ensured our workflows were optimised, not just “switched on”. His support transformed a complex operational requirement into a smooth, well-structured process. In addition to the set up process, our customers are now able to self-serve which has not only improved our customer journey experience, but reduced our CS teams valuable support hours. The Order Editing app has been a game changer for our store. It’s incredibly easy to use and saves us time when customers need to make changes after checkout.
