Order Editing has been fantastic for us. It has helped us both save money and generate additional revenue. Their team is incredibly responsive and helpful. Every time I have had a question, they have jumped on a call to get everything set up properly. I would 100 percent recommend this app.

We’ve had amazing results since switching to order editing! It’s been a total game changer - super easy to use and has improved our customer experience across all regions. A special shoutout to Paul and Hamish for their support. They’ve been so helpful throughout the entire setup and Paul went above and beyond to help us successfully launch in our other regions. Highly recommend this app and the team behind it!

Order Editing does what it says on the tin, allowing customers to correct and amend errors in the shipping address, cancel their orders if they need to, add or remove products. Also it works with our 3PL integration even though the 3PL software pulls our orders the moment they are placed (by delaying the order on our side not the WMS side if you're wondering how). That would be enough. However it also then pays for itself many times over by enabling post-purchase upsells. Upsells which do not reduce conversion rate! And if that were not enough, if you're on the Plus plan as we are then you get direct slack access to the app developers who are incredibly helpful and responsive and who somehow manage to cover all timezones among their small team! Well done OE team you've created an app that solves a customer pain point while paying for itself

If I was able to rate Order Editing higher than 5, I would not hesitate to do so! The responsiveness, the care, and the attention to detail are truly exceptional. Not only does the app deliver everything it promises, but the way the team adapts to every operational situation with a genuine ‘can-do’ mentality is outstanding. Special thanks to Paul — it’s an absolute pleasure working with you! You’ve really reduced tethering issues to an absolute minimum.
