We had a few initial teething problems but Hamish and the crew were super responsive and couldn't be more helpful to troubleshoot. We've now had the app installed for several months and I know it gives my customers the flexibility of upgrading their shipping, changing sizes or adding additional items, which takes that handling off me, so I feel it's a win win.

This app changed the game. We never allowed order editing until the order editing app. We have been able to give customers the ability to change things about their order without them needing to contact us.

Our address issues have gone to virtually 0! Previously we had MANY customers emailing us about address issues. Now they are taking care of it themselves. And, despite very little effort from us, we are also seeing customers edit orders themselves and add additional product to their orders. Support has been helpful. Glad to be using this app!

The Order Editing App has made a huge impact on our customer support team by eliminating the need to manually handle order cancellations and edits. Good stuff, some minor issues but the founders are constantly improving it and there is no other app that offers this functionality

Order editing has saved us an insane amount of time and customers made use of it the same day we installed it. The team can focus more time on processing orders rather than small requests from customers when they want to change order details/items. Customers have also made use of the upsell feature (putting more cash in our pocket with 0 effort). Every Shopify website should be using Order Editing. Simple as.
