We've only been using this app for 1 month and we can already tell it's a win-win. About 35% of our customers are using it, and I expect that number will increase now that we've added a hyperlink to "Check Order Status" in our Order Confirmation Emails. We had a very minor css display issue a couple of buttons that Josh took care of right away and at no cost. Love the fact that our customers can keep tabs on their orders, on their own time, and without sending in a support ticket. With customers in different time zones this app allows us to provide a much higher level of customer support without having to lift a finger. Thanks for the great app!

Had this for a few months 3000+ people have tried it out. Seems to be working as I haven't heard any complaints. The best kind of app one I forgot I even had because it just works haha.

Over a period when we had 13,278 orders, there were 3,560 order lookups by customers using this app on our site. This demonstrates the use-case of the app in reducing the quantum of customer service calls. However, it must be said that the 80% reduction in customer service calls that the app advertises is quite a suspect statistic. Earlier in 2014 the app developer made an unannounced change in the language used by the app so that an order that was 'fulfilled' (but not necessarily shipped) on Shopify was marked as 'Shipped' when customers looked up the order. This was regardless of whether any lineitems in the order had a tracking number assigned to them. Typically there is a time lag between fulfillment and shipment, which can last from a few hours to a few days depending on the product. Therefore for several months we actually saw a dramatic increase in customer service calls and emails from confused customers who saw the language 'shipped' when they looked up their order, whereas their order was still in processing. This defeated the purpose of using the app to reduce customer service calls and emails. After 6 months the developer finally changed the language used by the app back to 'fulfilled' from 'shipped' for an order that was fulfilled. But we're not sure if this was just on our account or for all stores that use the app.

Works as advertised. Out of 800 orders we had over a certain time window, there were 300 inquiries made to Order Lookup app - thus saving us hundreds of emails to our support line. Would be good if they could share their stats with some automated reporting - we didn't know how valuable it was until they asked how we liked the app ;) Stop thinking, just add it to your store now! Great app that works perfectly. Has saved our customer service team countless hours and made many satisfied customers as they are able to get an order update in realtime.

Love the app already using it with another store and is one of these apps you can't live without once you discover it, customers don't need to contact you to know where their order is and you have more time to dedicate in growing your business Thumbs Up...:)

This app has helped reduce our customer support tickets. Now that customers can just click and search for the status of their own order without having to ask us, we're seeing a reduction in support tickets that were just wanting to know where their order was. We made this a direct link on our main navigation. If this is prominently placed on your website, it will definitely save time!

One of the most common questions our customer service representatives get asked is "Where is my order? When will it arrive?" When we give the customer the power to view their shipment in real time, not only does our customer satisfaction increase, but our live chat representatives are freed up to handle other questions that may be more urgent. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority, and with the majority of our parcels headed overseas, we appreciate be able to give the power back to our customer. The reassurance that their purchase is on the way, where it is currently located, and an estimated delivery date has made everyone very happy!

Takes the pressure off updating customers status, but to what extent we haven't been able to determine. Would be happier if it could be customised in an easy manner, without the need to know HTML or CSS. Simple additions like photos of products purchased etc. Could be some long term opportunities around integrating with an "edit order" app. Where customers can log in and add / edit their order, ask questions etc. We find that its not so much of a status update that solves the problem, so may be something to look at.

This app is very well worth what it costs, it will save you lots of time and effort by allowing your customers to handle order information themselves. Customer service on the app is second to none and highly responsive. I wish other software developers were as good and fast as these folks. Bottom line: It works like it should, it is priced right and saves you from using your time. What more could one ask for? Simply put, get it.

The app works just like everybody says it does, I've seen it in action before and just installed on our site---it's awesome and I wish I'd seen it sooner! The amount of phone time this thing saves, at least with our customer base, as we get a ridiculous number of people who call in to check status or ask for a tracking number, even though all of that has been emailed to them already. This is something they can check from their smart phone if they just want an update and the email is no longer on their phone, they have no need to tie up CS reps. The as-advertised functionality is great, but the thing that really amazes me is that the customer service is just as incredible as the reviews make it sound. I thought our business was the only one who had no problem helping out a customer with something at midnight or one in the morning, but I just got an email from these guys who very kindly set this app up on our custom theme right after I emailed them, which happened to be very late. Amazing, I wish more businesses operate like this!

This app works great and helps cut down customer inquiries but the customization is far from user friendly. It is painstakingly customizable with CSS coding only which is different and more complex than HTML. Until this app becomes more user friendly, it gets a three star rating. It takes a lot of time to design the widget to match the design of your store. $10/month for an app in which lacks a lot of customization features doesn't seem to appealing. There is another order lookup app that starts at just $2.50/mo. which allows you to customize everything easily.

Super easy to install and looks great on our site. Cuts down on our customer service which is a huge plus. Josh worked with us to customize it and his customer service was great!
