used to work well. No problem with Safari 12.0 until end of last week. Now out of the blue it says the app can't be used with this browser. I dislike Chrome very much, but will have to use it now. Surely I am not the only one on a Mac? Please sort it out so I can go back to using Safari, thanks

When the app works it's great! Unfortunately it is no longer compatible with Safari 12 or Firefox. Hoping they work the tweaks out because this is a great add-on.

Doesn't work in Safari 12! Apple's changes couldn't have been a shock to you surely? Back to (insecure) Chrome again.

Perfect for my invoices and packing slips and very easy to edit to make look really nice if you know a little HTML/CSS. Would be 5 star if the filters included a 'replace' filter. There are some useful ones like a money filter but seemed like an oversight to miss replace off the list. Currently have some product titles with non-breaking spaces in certain places, which show fine on the site but the order templates display the HTML code instead. Using a replace filter could've let me fix that more easily. I supposed I could add a JS script in the template but that seems like overkill to me.

very badly design app. take so long to loading if use on shopify pos app for phone/ipad. and very rude online help center. i was talking to their 24/7 support service online about why there is no customer's phone number appear in packing/shipping slip. Turn out they just told me i DON'T NEED it. very awful service. be use shopify for 4 years, but will looking for other platform

I'm rating a 2 because it does almost everything I need it to do, but it's basically useless and ugly without the use of Order Printer Templates. So fresh out the gates, you need a paid app to make this one even worthy of your time. Plus it advertises that it can "print invoices, labels, receipts, packing slips, and more" except that there is no "more". The one thing it can't print is transfers, but don't worry.. there's a paid app to finish the job off. What a scam.

If you need to customize your invoices, or print out other order documentation that isn't built in to Shopify, then this app can do it for you. And, it's free. BUT....it is EXTREMELY, PAINFULLY SLOW. For a large order with custom templating logic, it can sometimes take 20 or 30 seconds for the invoice to appear, and there is no progress bar to indicate that anything is happening. It is endlessly frustrating for our sales people.

I like the concept of having an order printer and am very sure this would be a great app for shops in other countries out there. But for us , we have our store set for Indian market and have to comply with GST. This App apparently cant give GST breakup in Invoice. If it cant generate an invoice with tax details in it how can I call it an Invoice? You guys definitely need to fix this one.

Very bad CS from Steven B. Simply reply me with some short and unhelpful answers and end the conversation immediately. Such a poor practice. Order Printer is not working well since the update of version of Shopify POS app. The invoice is printed out with the word "print" on it and the font size is not appropriate on A4 paper. All these experience prove Shopify is not managing its business well. What a pity. To be fair, some staff in Shopify are quite polite and helpful. That's all.

Stopped working in chrome but did still work in Firefox. Other reviewers suggested to "get" it again. Just be sure that you don't lose all your customizations! I plan to copy my changes by opening it in firefox first

I was about to leave a one-star review when I figured out why the app stopped working for us. Using Chrome on a Mac it prints very tiny, so you need to bring the printer settings back up to 100%. It defaults to 58% for whatever reason. Using a Windows laptop and Chrome, it won't open at all because Chrome is blocking the pop-up, even when you set the app url permission for the pop up and redirect. CHECK CHROME POP UP AND REDIRECT SETTINGS when trying to print an order with this app. It is not the app itself, as far as I can tell. Something has changed in Chrome. You will see a warning on the browser address bar when you select to print the invoice. Click on that and go from there. It is not saving the permission for us but the url is there as a link. Just click on that link and the order printer interface will open. I have contacted Shopify and they are looking into this too. In the meantime hope this helps and you get your orders printed easily!

The app is broken. When you own a small business you need systems that are reliable. Shopify should have it's own print order system, we shouldn't have to go to an outside app this is like kindergarten math for Shopify. Now this order printer app doesn't even work. Huge waste of time and energy trying to figure this out.

Loved it until my drop shipper contacted me to let me know that the sku is not printed.
