Have enjoyed this App for several years but apparently an edited was made by Shopifly/app and can't get my original Order Printer form to print. Sadly, can't get help from Shopify to correct the template.

Dear Support Team, When I am printing the order from my iphone, full page is not coming,tried all the options its always printing Half the page, buttom information is not showing in preview, also when we are saving the pdf also, its saving half the page, but its working fine on my andiod mobile, getting fraustrated, please fix the issue.

Refuse to connect. The app did this last year in 2022, and is doing it again in 2023 at a critical time. I can't bulk print orders, Whether opening in a new tab, new window or same window...the error refuses to connect occurs. Fix it!

I always prefer Shopify's native solutions. but this time their native solution is too simple, It does not have the option to provide the user a download link to his invoices (that i can implement in "my account" page. And also didn't find any option to automatically send invoices to my customer. Shopify you can do much better than this..

Overall a great app which we use for a couple of years now. Last few weeks the app seems to have big issues wheter it can print every order in bulk or not. Most of the times it crashes completely and it is unusable, which is a big downside. Since we have to manually make the invoices now or print them one by one.

We've been using the app for over 2 years with very few issues until recently (within the past 1-2 months) the app wont allow us to print multiple orders at once, the UI of the app does not load correctly, if we manage to load multiple orders it will print the orders with missing information rendering the app pretty useless. printing multiple order sheet/packing slips and labels should be a core feature of an ecommerce site but if the apps built by the developers aren't working they should be prioritised

This app has been used for YEARS to print hundreds of thousands of invoices with our template. Just like everyone else, it stopped working. Tried to uninstall and reinstall and it didn't work.

In some cases, clearing the cache from your browser can fix minor issues that you may run into using the application. If the issue persists, try using a separate browser. I've loved this app for years and now, like everyone else in the reviews says, it's not working all of the sudden. I've tried different browsers, cleared cache and cookies and it's still not working. I've been trying to fulfill my orders for an hour and a half. Wasted!!

All I want to do is be able to bulk print order pages (something that shouldn't even need an additional app) I deleted the two premade template so I can build my own, but once they're deleted there's no option to create a new one. That's an oversight as bad as the fact that you can't bulk print in the first place.

When you print an order, the template uses the current date instead of the date when the order was created. Not sure how it works in other countries but in my country the tax authorities want the invoice to show when it was actually created. One of the screen-shots above show the incorrect template {{"now" | date: "%m%d%y" }}.

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review for the Order Printer app. I jumped into my own store and tested this behaviour and confirmed that the date of the invoice is dynamic - meaning that it changes to the current date when you print the invoice. If you're looking to change this, you'll want to looking into creating a custom template, or edit the coding of the current template you use to have the date of the order creation added to the invoice. Was working well then suddenly getting liquid errors where the customer name should be. Apparently a known glitch that shopify hasn't fixed. It renders the app useless.

The app doesn't create correct invoices when the Duties Calculation feature is enabled. Invoices generated using the app will not include a duties line, but will include the duties in the total. There is no liquid template variable for duties. (Opened a support case in March 2022 to update the app to support Duties, but have not received an update on when this feature will be added.)

Does this app support the auto order print when order is placed? So every time and customer places an order it will send a print job. Then the printer will receive the print job and print automatically.

Terrible. Why is this an app? Should just be a button just like print packing slip. Should be as simple as print invoice, print screen pops up, hit print done. It's slow, weird layout, need to know code to edit.. Just really strange that it's not built in to shopify like packing slip. This could just be the same as packing slip, just with pricing displayed.

The app does not show the correct date on the invoice. It shows the date you print the invoice. I've just wasted a load of time saving down invoices that all show the same (incorrect) date.

This is something you should be able to resolve by editing the invoice template—on Line 2 of the template, you can add the "created_at" field instead, which should then show the date the order was generated on the invoice. I read a review back in Oct last year that the app no longer allows printing from phone properly. Just had it installed today and experienced same problem - has the problem about printing from phone been fixed?

True, the packing lists get a lot prettier if you use this. But...from an operations standpoint, I REALLY wish this app did not need to take me through another screen to print our packing lists. It would be great to be able to print from order printer right on the order page, so we didn't have to then go BACK to the order page to use our other apps. Or...I'd love to just be able to better customize the shopify basic packing list...and abandon Order Printer entirely, but we tried and it doesn't seem to update when we make css changes.
