My friend recommended this app to me when I told him the problem which I was facing when the number of orders we received through our website furniturestop.co.uk have been increasing day by day. It has saved my time and simplified the process.

Works as advertised, the packing slip was easy to customise for our needs. Shopify should come with this by default rather than having to install it as an app. Wish the button 'Print with Order Printer' would sit up the top next to 'Export' and 'More Actions' rather than having to use the 'Actions' drop down menu.

Completely useless. Shopify doesn't have any way to print an invoice, so they created this app. However, if you try to print an invoice it only includes very basic information. It doesn't include any payment information and so you can't send a "paid" invoice to a customer. In addition, you can't send an invoice to a customer from an order, you have to print it to PDF and then email it to the customer. You can't even use the Shopify email app for this because they don't allow attachments. I realize that Shopify was intended for sales to consumers - but many of us ship products to businesses and they generally require proper invoices. Why this is still not part of Shopify's most basic functionality is baffling to me - and apparently to hundreds of other merchants by the sheer number of one-star reviews.

I love this app but it has one fatal flaw that makes it really frustrating to use. I'll update to 5 stars when it gets updated. 100% of the time, when I want to generate invoices or packing slips for multiple orders I'm going to also want to NEXT purchase postage for those same orders. Right now, after printing Invoices or Packing Slips for multiple orders I must go back to the Orders page and re-select all the orders again to Bulk print shipping labels. Very manual and creates more chance of me committing human error. I imagine it'd take a good Shopify coder 2 hours to add this feature and solve a huge headache for users.

Pros: -Creates a basic, easy to read receipt for customers. Cons: -Only allows you to view the 10 most recent orders. If you have more than 10 orders, the fastest way to find your next order is to search the order number, then open Order Printer, then print. Very aggravating. -Very sluggish app. Takes a long time to load which is painful when your store is busy. The one star is because it's free.

I've used this app for years. It works fine I just wish the invoices/orders looked more refined and professional. I also find that it's not easy to customize unless you are familiar with the coding needed.

I've been using this app from DAY 1. I have to print order to include with the packages and it is a must-have for me. Highly recommend!

Really easy to use BUT please include a field for order date! If I dont print it on the day I get it - there is no field for the order date. Really frustrating to have to look up each order to find the date ordered as I do pre-orders.

No I will not be using this app No I would not recommend it to a friend. So frustrating. I shouldn't have to learn how to code. This used to be an included option and still should be!!. Shopify don't care about its customers, only how much revenue they can get from apps. Get your act together shopify - you wouldn't exist without your customers, so how about including what should be standard And for-crying-out-loud STOP taking functionality away from users and replacing it with paid apps. Thinking about moving my shop to an entirely different platform.
