Loved this app until it hasn't worked for us on our iPad for over a week, and we opened 2 support tickets with no assistance. Anyone have anything that worked to get it to print from the iPad? It works on the computer, but we are a store front, and employees don't have a computer in our store every day. We've always printed from the iPad and for the last week+ the iPad gives an error message that says Oops! There was a problem loading Order Printer. I've tried clearing cache/cookies, uninstalling and reinstalling, and those tricks worked for my computer but not the iPad. Any assistance would be wonderful! Thanks!

I love the format of the printed orders but I have caught it many times not printing an order out of a list of many. On days when I have hundreds of orders to print I cannot trust it to print every single one so once they are printed I have to go back and look through them all to make sure they are there which is time consuming. I have talked to support about it and they admit that it happens. www.treehuggerclothpads.com

Tried logging out and clearing cache as mentioned below, didn't work. In the end I just deleted the app and the reinstalled it. This seems to have fixed the problem

Really great app but it stopped working today, cant print any orders which is a bit annoying.

Great App that i was lost without for a few days. Clearing Chrome cache/cookies fixed it for me. Can now get back to printing Invoices, Packing slips and Address labels with this simple app.

Love this FREE app and true story: "you don't realize what you have until it's gone"! I was in hopeless despair for a few hours earlier today with the app not working but now we are back in business (literally!). Thank you times a million to whoever posted the suggestion to clear cache/cookies!

I used this app on a daily basis. It was frustrating when it stopped working a few days ago on my business computer while it was working on my home computer. I clear & remove all the cookies and restarted the browser and everything is perfect again. I hope this helps whoever has the same problems. Cheers :)

I clicked on the GET Button after reading the post from Face N Earth and it resolved my problem as well I can now print out my orders! Thanks so much for the post and Im glad I read yours and tried it out. Che Soifstafunk.com

RESOLVED THE ISSUE FOR NOT PRINTING OUT ORDERS!!!! I am having the same problems, that it will not print out my orders. So I clicked on the GET green button to reload it and I was able to print out my orders. I hope others read this and solve their problems too. Facenearth.com

for past few weeks i can only print one order at a time even when i check off all of them. ugh!! i tried support but did not help. has anyone else ever had this problem?

For anyone not able to use Order Printer on or around 1/23/17: Clear your browser cache. This worked for me.

Amazingly simple, professional templates & fantastic support. Shame to see silly 1 star reviews. Problem caused by Shopify update, simply clear history and re-open your store & the app works as normal.

As Vintagestyler said below - clear the cache, restart Chrome and you're good to go. A brilliant simple app - disappointing to see so many 1 stars without even giving them a chance to resolve - be thankful your customers are not as harsh
