When i try to hit the "Print Button" from the phone it does not do anything. It´s no longer working. Tried clearing the cache and data on the shopify app
I appreciate you letting us know about this! We did experience a brief issue with the print button on October 19th, but this was resolved the same day. Although you've tried clearing your cache already, it sounds like your browser may still be caching the error, in which case clearing your cache and cookies once again would be recommended. Orders are getting lost when printing and an error code prevents my shipping department from printing, driving them nuts. Seems like I'm not the only one... How is this not a native feature anyways?

Can't use this without the print button. Peak time of year as well... help :) A great app when it's working for bulk.

The Print button has disappears whenever we try to print > than 1 order as of today. As far as we can tell this error occurs due to a JavaScript error in the https://orderprinter.shopifyapps.com/assets/sections/order_details_helper-.js file. Specifically if (titleBarData.buttons.secondary.length) { secondaryButtonsConfig = []; titleBarData.buttons.secondary.forEach(function (config) { secondaryButtonsConfig.push({ label: config.label, callbackHandler: function callbackHandler() { (0, __commoner_module__app$assets$javascripts$foundations$app_bridge_wrapper_js.navigateToAbsoluteURL)(config.href); } }); }); } titleBarData appears null. Let's hope this gets fixed ASAP

today October 19. This app doesnt work any more. Was this best for print and manage your order. Hope it comes back soon

As today 19/10/2020 the app has stopped working. Is there a ETA for the fix? This is quite a problema since shopify doesnt let you bulk print orders

The app is very slow to load orders, as a consequence when printing batches (not even particularly big batches) orders are often missing. This is a problem as it means we have to double check that the order printer has done what it's supposed to do (printed orders!) and inevitably from time to time we miss a few - which isn't great for our customers. We do our best to give the app time to work, but even so the problem recurs. Any thoughts on how / when this might be corrected would be appreciated.

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review and bring your experience to our attention. There is a maximum of 50 orders printable at a time, and larger orders (2000+ products) may display errors. In your case, it's possible that not all the orders are loading before selecting print, causing certain orders to skip. After selecting the orders to print and as the Order printer page loads, allow the page to load for 30 seconds. If after doing this you're continuing to experience the same issue, we'd be happy to take a closer look at it on our end here. Only returns: "We're sorry, but something went wrong. We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly." for the last three days. Very bad performance and just not usable apparently.

Misleading. Does not print Labels. Only does packing slips and invoices. If you want to get into it with .liquid, you could get labels set up, but it would be a waste of time when you can use a variety of other apps for that.

I want you to localize "Shop province code" in Japanese. If it is not localized, the display will be strange and the app cannot be used.

I CANNOT GET THE APP TO OPEN. I HAVE REMOVED AND ADDED 4 TIMES AND I JUST GET THE SAME ERROR MESSAGE. I HAVE SENT SEVERAL MESSAGES ASKING FOR HELP AND THERE IS NO RESPONSE.

I actually liked for about a year but lately it has not met the needs of my company because it doesn't load anymore. So that is not a good app to download.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review, and I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the app. As it was working for you previously, the loading error is most likely related to a browser issue or a problem caused by an ad blocker or browser extension. I'd suggest trying in a different browser and an incognito/private browsing tab. If it works there, then you likely just need to clear your browser's cache. If this doesn't work, try disabling any ad blockers or browser extensions that you may have. If I could give this negative stars I would. Same for shopify support. Spent last five days waiting for a fix. 650 orders in cue with no way to print. Only feedback was to unblock third party cookies. did that a week ago. Fix this shopify. This is your app....and you don't have this feature build in. Why build a platform to sell things and then stop short of actually being able to fulfill orders.

Shows the wrong images most of the time. Why we have to use a separate app to print an invoice is beyond me. Every other cart out there it's all on one page. Doesn't work in Safari either.

Sometimes work sometimes not, unreliable app. Printing orders/invoices is essential task but for shopify it seems not!!

Doesn't let me print more than a few orders at a time. Not sure why but when I select all my orders at a time it doesn't give me the option to print them all.
