Does not work on Safari (latest version). Doesn't even launch the app. I took a look at the reviews and it seems to be a recurring issue for many people for quite some time. However no word from the developer in the FAQ or app description.

doesn't work on safari, have to use chrome to use it. doesn't print labels well, can't bundle labels onto a sheet, it's pretty crap.

This doesn't work on Safari or Chrome anymore. You have to export the pdf every time to print it, which is a time suck.

I have used order print for along time and up until recently it has been excellent and has worked with all the main browsers. However recently Apple had an upgrade to Safari that has caused some issues, so I contacted support and they said they would fix it. Its been a month and nothing has been fixed. If another month goes past and the issue remains unresolved my star rating will be dropped to 2 stars. Just dropped to 2 stars because of the poor service fixing this issue. Totally disgusted with the lack of support to resolve the issues this app is having with Safari Version 13.0.4 (15608.4.9.1.3). Support keeps saying they are fixing it but they have done sweet F A. I would like to amend the star rating on this review to ZERO. Still no action to fix the issues.

I use this to print invoices and create labels for my packages. I have to manually write the address on the package as I'm not able to easily print a label with my logo. Editing the code is difficult for someone like me without any technical background even using the help docs. I am able to print labels easily on not on the Highstreet which is the marketplace where I make most of my sales so it is a shame that the packages I send out using Shopify look less professional for my customers.

trying to customize a packing slip is a complete nightmare with this. just trying to center your logo takes several tries for it to even register. waste of time. great for basic generic INVOICE printing. nothing else.

I guess it doesnt work anymore. IT looks like it'll work but when you see the preview to print the words are like.... a weird computer lingo. looks like a coding error. thats unfortunate bc it looked promising

Using this on Safari is a nightmare, like others said it's just server error. Have to login from Chrome to work. Decent app otherwise.

After nearly 2 years app now fails to print and has actually affected a new Dell laptop which makes it unable to send print data to any printer. Worked fine for 2 years until going a bit haywire over a month ago which seems to have resulted in a hardware issue for an expensive computer. After trying to use another laptop to print it appears to have also affected that computer so that I can no longer print anything from the internet. Do not touch until they sort out this malfunction

Do not use with Apple Safari! Does not work at all just goes crazy and gives a server error. Should state that it is only for -PC dwellers

Worthless on Safari. When I asked a Shopify "guru" what the problem was they acted like it was the 1st they'd heard of the problem and would have to consult the development team - which is pretty much the answer I get with any issue - which still never gets resolved. This issue looks to have been a problem for awhile.

ZERO star if I could. Not sure why I have to download an app to print orders anyway to make matters worst the frigging app doesn't even load. I got it about a year ago and it worked for a time but for the last 10months or so, it just won't load. I have uninstalled several times. Such a waste of time!

does not load on mac even with the latest software version. i have to go to chrome. also, it does not let you customize what you want to show, so it also shows the date at the bottom of the page. i have to take it to pdf then word then customize it. this is not a great business tool!

The app just does not load. From time to time the app stops loading or you need to wait a few minutes in order to be able to print one order.

Used to work great, now it doesn't since I updated to Mojave on Mac. Please fix this! Shopify should be able to bulk print orders with ease. UPDATE: are you ever gonna fix this??!?!?!

Zero compatibility with Mac on Safari 12.1, which as of this writing, is the latest version. However, "Order Printer" keeps displaying a message to upgrade Safari. Cache and cookie clearing and app disabling does not remedy the problem. It is unfortunate that Shopify does not provide the very basic function of printing a true receipt/invoice (with costs shown), although it is a basic necessity and provided by all other e-commerce sites. Having to rely on an app, which in turn is non-functional, is not acceptable.
