The app integrates very clean into the site, looks very professional. Additionally they helped me get setup in 2 days. I love the service and app.!

Worked as intended but not quite how I wanted. Contacted customer service and they helped me tweak it to only apply to certain products tagged with a specific tag. Now works perfect.

Very happy with the dev and the app in general. It is a better value and has more functionality than our previous stock notification app. Excellent customer support as well. Update: Moved up to the next level for better options. Once again it's a great app. Solid revenue generator for us! Support is still speedy, patient and helpful!

Simple to use, works very well and our site visitors and customers need it. Plus it works for product variants which is the main reason we needed it. Great app!

This app does exactly what we need it to do! I was thrilled that the developer would do the installation for me, so I did not have to spend any time getting the app running initially. Since that time, I have had a couple bugs with the app that were related to my theme, and Elicia has been extremely responsive and helpful in getting those minor issues fixed. The entire interface, on both the user and admin side, is completely intuitive, and I am very happy with the emails that are sent out to customers when products are back in stock. I highly recommend this app!!

Recently incorporated the Now Back In Stock app on our Shopify store. The Eastside Co support team were great in providing prompt feedback to queries and helping us install this effectively. Special shout out to Elicia, thanks for all your help. Too early to talk about benefits but highly recommend using the free trial opportunity to see how it can be integrated on your store.

The App works perfectly, we are really impressed with how effective it is and how it totally cuts out manual tracking and responding to customers. The guys were brilliant when I asked for assistance in installing the code for it. We highly recommend this!

Highly recommend this app. Matt was so helpful with installing the application and customizing it exactly to match my theme! It's very simple to use and great for customers. My only recommendation would be to add analytics to track conversion as it would be helpful to measure!

Review Update 2: Kiren and the team reacted very quick and implemented a lot of changes. The speed up is very noticable and with google now placing ever more importance on site speed with their rankings it is good to know that app developers like ESC understand how all these apps that we install can all add up to a slow down if each one is not fully optimised to take advantage of the best hosting and cloud architectures. THANK YOU TEAM ESC! Review udate: The below is all correct. However due to how the aop is written, how it is hosted and deployed it will KILL your page speed. And google will pick that up very quick and will down rate your website. This KILLS SEO and search rankings. I am torn as the functionality is good - but it is also hurting more than it benefits. I have let them know already and they are working on changes - but it has been too long now. I need to disable this until they improve their code and how it is hosted. ------------ Great support! We had a small cosmetic issue for the app not displaying on itmes that were out of al variants (so no variant selected to trigger) and Matt and the team were logged in within mins, backed up our theme, made a small edit to it and voila!

For having a responsive customer service team, this app deserves a five star rating. App itself is also simple to use and is able to be customised to your theme/colours.

Great app! Does what it says. I sell tees and every time I go to make a PO, I check "Now Back In Stock" before making the PO. I then add the requested sizes that I don't currently have available to my PO. Oh ya and the support team is superb. Super nice and they will help you out in a jiffy. I've tried other back in stock apps and this is my favorite.

Works well, and really great customer support - they helped us with some styling to match our site extremely quickly. Very responsive!
