Outfy ‑ Social Media Auto Post

Excellent app and great customer service! I love the way I can now post on social media.

I am still not loving it. The posts are nearly all the same and pretty basic. I don't get a lot of views. It recently used images that had been made inactive because I don't have the product anymore so that was a fail. I tried the AI video maker, but it would not just use my product image and tried to interpret it, badly.

Free tier is pretty good if you edit your standard captions. I use it as a reminder to post every day and usually tweak all my captions anyway.

Do not link your Pinterest account to this app without checking your default integration settings first. Immediately after I used Outfy to schedule an "auto-post," it triggered unauthorized, automated paid ad campaigns ("Promote Pin") on my Pinterest Business Account. Because Pinterest syncs with Shopify's payment profiles, this resulted in unexpected advertising fees being billed to my account without my direct consent.While the app is great for regular social media scheduling, the automated sync permissions can cause major billing shocks. If you use this app, make sure to manually review your Pinterest Ads Manager immediately after posting to ensure you aren't being charged for hidden ad campaigns. Uninstalling for now until this is clarified.
