The support is awesome. The app works well and does everything it says. I can't say anything bad. Easy to install, easy to use, great support. Thanks Outfy

I love the convenience of being able to access many of your social media accounts on one dashboard. However, the app seems limited. For example, you still need to select images individually and upload to pinterest. Doesn't save much time over simply using the pinterest widget directly. Outfy app also doesn't offer the option to add customized text to your pics. I did however email for support and got a response within 1 business day, which was great. 5 stars for being free and for providing great support 4 stars for relative ease of use 2 stars for being limited in what this app can actually do. I honestly didn't see much time savings in using this app vs. simply going through my social media accounts directly, but maybe I am missing something? 3.5 stars rounded up to 4.

Just started using this app and like it so far. Easy to post to many social sites but still trying to get Instagram to work. The support team is available by chat which is really nice. Looking forward to using this app more. https://rebelromanceshop.com/

This app had provided you an excellent tools to send out the products to these social media at once. It has a nifty way to schedule these selected products you like to broadcast them into public without paying so much money.

This is a great app. A real time saver when it comes to posting on social networks. I would recommend it to anyone who uses social networks. I love it.

This app has changed my social media life. Finally, I can post to many places at once with products imported from my Shopify. I can even schedule future posts. It's the easiest way I've found to make regular posts. What's even better is that I pay only for what I use, instead of committing to a flat monthly fee, like everyone else requires. They've recently added Instagram, and I'm told they're working on adding Polyvore. The only thing that keeps this from being a five-star review is that sometimes the posts on some of the platforms fail for no apparent reason. Also, I'd like to be able so sort previous shares by popularity score. I assume that feature will be coming. In short, I highly recommend this app!

Update: Worse. I'm downgrading from my original two star review to a single stare. Customer service is nightmarish. When they won't answer a question and you explain to them what you're asking they become incredibly rude and threaten "report to Shopify." Report what exactly? Each reply is a promotional marketing about how easy their app is to use. They just won't answer questions. And. If you meekly follow their recommendations you'll be advertising for this app with every post. Why? Because they add the Outfy hashtags to your products. While this might seem innocent enough, I personally have an issue with them piggybacking onto my posts. App is not free. Caution when using this app. It's not picky about how it posts. I have another app that does some price fixing and Outfy does not honor the real price - tried with Facebook and with Pinterest - Outfy even goes so far as to strip my price app from my website's linked page and displays my web page with the wrong price! Yikes.

If you have a question; you'll get an answer, fast. BOTTOM LINE: If you want more sales + more brand visibility, install this app. It's a no-brainer. But hurry, before your competition finds it first!
