UPDATE ON OUTFY! I am back on Shopify and am SO happy that I can continue to use OUTFY on the Shopify Lite Plan for my new Facebook store!!! I have been using them for a long time now (when I was on Etsy) I am SO pleased with everything they offer. I LOVE how you don't have a monthly fee you buy credits as you promote! They helped my shop tremendously on Etsy (I'm leaving Etsy due to fee increases, additions and other things I wasn't happy with, it was a difficult choice.) So now I can continue with OUTFY and am SO PLEASED!!!! I REALLY like Outfy! Their customer service is great, the app works like a charm. I really like the fact that you can pay as you go, they have great pricing deals as well. I also love the fact that I can have my 2 Etsy shops and my Shopify website all in one place using the same posts and price package. I'm sure they're things that I don't know yet about Outfy but I am really impressed with them and their customer service! Thanks again for a great product!

I love how easy outfy is! I can synch all my products from two different platforms and quickly schedule my social media posts.

So I just downloaded this app yesterday and was pleasantly surprised at all the things I could do. However, when I went to import my products from Shopify, it would not let me. I was just frustrated which elevated to being pissed when I couldnt get help from the online chat service. Today I tried the chat service one more time and the problem was fixed within seconds. Excited to use this service. One suggestion would be to post chat customer service hours for people in different time zones that need assistance.

I've been using this app for the past month. It is, indeed, simple to use and makes the automation of daily posts a snap. Haven't had a single conversion from it's use yet. Jury is still out.
