Outfy has worked very, very well for us. I only wish the planner/autopilot were a bit more robust in terms of features, but what is there works as advertised. The major hiccup is really with posting to Instagram. And Outfy's workaround is still cumbersome. On the whole, though, Outfy has made social media posting a lot easier and cheaper for us.

So I just downloaded this app yesterday and was pleasantly surprised at all the things I could do. However, when I went to import my products from Shopify, it would not let me. I was just frustrated which elevated to being pissed when I couldnt get help from the online chat service. Today I tried the chat service one more time and the problem was fixed within seconds. Excited to use this service. One suggestion would be to post chat customer service hours for people in different time zones that need assistance.

I'm fairly new to an online store. I use Outfy as an app in my store. The ease of use is awesome. I will just have to give it time to see how well it works! Happy so fsr.

I write this review only because until now each time I open Outfy, I get an in-window popup reminding me to write a review, which is quite annoying. On the plus side: Their support is polite and quick.

Outfy has been a fantastic help in making my social media posting more consistent and easier. I know I would not have posted as regularly to certain platforms without it, just because of the time involved in logging in and making the post. If there's one suggestion I could make, it would be to find ways to help us make more dynamic and creative posts, rather than simple product photo picture. I'm not in love with the Outfy options for doing this--they're static and a bit cheese. I personally like Canva, but there's no good way to input Canvas into Outfy for use on the various platforms. It'd be great if there were a way to do this sort of thing with the different graphic design programs they use.

Allows you to upload social media contents in one platform! It is very easy to use and super user friendly. It has little glitch of not allowing me to access Instagram account, but other than that, it is a great app for social media management.

I like that i can dictate my spend (no extra costs for impression etc...) scheduling my posts and making sure i cover all my products on scheduled release, Excellent platform and value for money cheers Outfy https://fishingtrends.net

So its quite a decent app! although there needs to be a few tweeks made with posting space like character countdowns etc. and instagram is ridiculously slow to even type in the field but not bad, give it a try - its way less time consumming to post on all channels at once and I love the planner part of this app - very good idea from us folk who run design studios and online businesses.
