This right here is one reason I do not like outfy. The customer service is awful. My membership was supposed to be canceled weeks ago. I am assuming since this email that is was not. The chats I had with support team were so time consuming and nothing was ever resolved.

Very good. It automates what (for me) is a dreary task: creating and executing social media posts. It's a good value for the money. I'm on the $40/mo plan and if your time is valuable and or you've ever looked at hiring someone to do this work for you, it's a steal. The product is pretty intuitive and I was up and running quickly. I'm still getting the feel for but so far I like it. I had one need for support and this was handled really quickly and professionally, to my satisfaction (and, it was a problem on my end). Recommended!

I like that I don't have to worry about the activity using automatic scheduling. I do loose connection to the automatic posting and have to turn it back on.

Great product! Just connect your shopify account and your social media accounts and it does the rest. Creates collages, gifs and videos with little to no prompting. It's so amazing!

Outfy is truly a miracle workhorse for creating and pushing inviting content to your social media. I used to do my own video editing/production for my store and it could take hours - no more. I have saved so much time I actually took a break one day ha! Seriously, outstanding app.

I puis recommend it but I think only the free version for now. I want to upgrade but all the things I need are in the most expensive version and as a small biz I can’t afford that right now. There are some tweaks that could be made I have noticed already.

This is a very useful tool. I am starting out and the fact that they have a free option is great. I look forward to growing my shop so I can upgrade and use the full potential of this app.

Overall ok product. Images, GIFs are good. Captions are good. Video wise has more room for improvement. instead of adding ust raw images , need some stock images related to product or movie videos. Just Raw images looks monotonous. For the cost may be Linkedin should be integrated. Looking for more features. Update today 08/10/24 Crap service. says media templates outdated and no one knows which all outdated. Customer service needs 15 hrs to find out. what a crap and such hefty charges. Stay away from this crapy app.

I liked the app, it's user-friendly and opening it through the browser is very convenient. However, it lacks the most important feature in automatic posting applications. In automatic social media posting apps, you can't choose which products from which collection to post, which is a significant issue because, depending on the season or campaign, only the products we have specified in a particular collection should be shared automatically. Posting random products can harm social media networks. I hope you pay attention to this in your future updates.

Great service. Have been using their services since 2020. Response time can be a little long sometimes, but I think that's because they are a growing business and I like to support these type of businesses. I had some problems with my account, and they solved them quickly. Also, their services work great. So far, no complaints. Automation works. Great job!
