Si acabas de empezar Shopify es altamente recomendable. Samuel y su equipo están siempre para todo. Un 10 en todos los aspectos. Siempre han resuelto de manera rápida y eficiente cualquier problema que haya podido surgir. Los precios están bien y tienes una opción pro que te mejora todos los servicios siendo el plan gratuito una opción muy buena para empezar.

Todo bien excepto cuando quieres generar una etiqueta de devolución, que no puedes hacerlo desde esta app.

To get this kind of app for free, for small, low cost shipments is brilliant. If you are sending highly expensive goods or services and need quality customer service - maybe use a paid for platform. Packlink Pro is excellent if you are just getting started. Recommend!

Package worth 3500 euros lost 4 months ago, no information. After two weeks, they just closed the ticket. Since then I've been desperately trying to get reimbursed for the insurance I took out (I paid extra for this insurance): nobody answers. We end up talking in a chatbox that says it will put us in touch with the right team, but we're never put in touch with anyone. No response by e-mail either, it's simply scandalous!!
