Sicuramente il supporto ricevuto da Davide Boscato è stato valido, ciononostante devo chiedervi di migliorare invece il supporto relativo a packlink in quanto non ritengo giusto che per parlare con un operatore devo abbonarmi ad una tariffa alta, quando mi si presenta un problema dialogare con un robot mi fa sentire stupido comunque alla fine con ritardo ho sempre risolto i problemi di spedizione, buon lavoro

Plugin facile da installare, facile da utilizzare e Packlink è un partner utilissimo per il mio lavoro. Davide Boscato, come account manager mi ha aiutato a conoscere profondamente l'applicazione ed a utilizzarla correttamente. Sapere che in caso di necessità è sempre disponibile a supportarmi in caso di problemi, mi permette fidarmi completamente di Packlink. Peccato che Shopify sta limitando l'uso delle funzionalità di Packlink se si usa shopify basic... questo però è sicuramente una manovra commerciale di shopify per spingere i clienti a scegliere abbonamenti più costosi.

Je suis satisfaite de l’intégration de Packlink pro sur Shopify, cela fait gagner du temps pour gérer la livraison des commandes et en plus le numéro de suivi est automatiquement noté sur la boutique pour la commande concernée. Très bon suivis et disponibilité des experts packlink. Dommage que Shopify n’ouvre pas plus de fonctionnalités avec cette application même à partir d’un petit abonnement

Recentemente ho avuto bisogno di collegare il mio account Shopify con Packlink per semplificare la gestione delle spedizioni e, fortunatamente, ho trovato Davide Boscato, una persona eccezionale che mi ha assistito in questo processo. La sua professionalità e competenza sono state evidenti fin dal primo contatto. Innanzitutto, ha dimostrato una grande conoscenza sia di Shopify che di Packlink, guidandomi passo dopo passo attraverso l'intera procedura di integrazione. Ha risposto a tutte le mie domande con pazienza e chiarezza, assicurandosi che comprendessi ogni fase del processo. Inoltre, ha risolto rapidamente qualsiasi problema tecnico che è sorto, offrendo soluzioni efficaci e spiegando dettagliatamente le azioni intraprese. l'unico problema che ho trovato è che Shopify limita le funzionalità di un plugin gratuito e utile come quello di packlink

Packlink est une excellente solution si vous souhaitez envoyer de nombreux produits avec votre site. Une version sans abonnement existe, et pour un peu plus de fonctionnalités, l'abonnement à un cout de 30€. La connexion entre Shopify et Packlink est exemplaire, il n'y a jamais de beug d'impression d'étiquettes, et tout se fait facilement. Contrairement au concurrent Sendcloud, Packlink ne facture pas de frais cachés. Je recommande vivement !

Quand tout va bien, l'application est géniale. Par contre des qu'un colis est perdu, le service client n'est plus la ... Obligé de passer par eux en plus pour faire des reclamations. Bref passez directement par les transporteurs ou d'autres applications mais pas Packlink ...

l'app è comoda e funzionale ottima integrazione con i vari marketplace l'assistenza in particolare modo è molto efficente, cito la mia referente responsabile account, BRUNELLA ESPOSITO che a suo tempo mi invitò a provare il loro servizio con una ottima argomentazione. If you are planning to get a heart attack or enjoy having anger tantrums a couple of times a week this app is definitely for you!!! No help whatsoever!!!! You try to contact carriers instead, but they say they can't help you because Packlink has to contact them in your name. I had to pay 45 euros for a return shipment from Italy to Spain. They gave me an erroneous label twice. I had to contact the customer 3 times to share 3 different labels. After that, they collected the package but instead of TNT they brought it to UPS, only god knows why. The package was lost for a week. UPS contacted my customer saying they have the package in their office but they don't know why naturally, it was supposed to be brought to TNT. The package is still at the UPS office in Milan, I have been waiting for 3 days for them to collect the package from where they left and bring it to BCN. I contacted Packlink maybe 250 times during this process, but they can't be bothered to call TNT and tell them to collect my package from UPS office, which is apparently on the same street according to the customer. I definitely lost the customer, I cannot make the refund before receiving the items. And, after what happened I cannot charge the customer for the refund now lost 45 euros for the shipment, additionally, I had to give the customer a 10% discount, luckily we know she never gonna use it. Can't get back my products back, nor do I know if they are ok. The value of the items is around 150 Euros. And, I still can't get any help. Today, without any shame they told me again to call TNT knowing that they wouldn't help me, I was about to throw my laptop out of the window. Nonostante il servizio clienti sia veloce, purtroppo i tempi in caso di problemi sulle spedizioni (non avendo un contratto e contatto diretto con lo spedizioniere) sono biblici. Il servizio di tracking inoltre non funziona bene e non fa capire dove esattamente si trovi il pacco.

App che utilizzo da tempo per il mio piccolo store online, mi trovo molto bene e riesco a trovare ottimi prezzi. Devo ringraziare vivamente Davide Boscato, che mi ha saputo aiutare nel collegare l'app al mio store e soprattutto devo ringraziarlo per l'assistenza e per le chiamate che mi ha fatto, sempre gentile e disponibile.
