Mi primera esperiencia en venta on line y ha sido bastante sencillo con paklink. Me resuelven rápida y de manera efectiva mis dudas, y veo como van actualizandio y mejorando el servicio constantemente. Lo recomiendo totalmente. Jaime Quintana, mi gestor, siempre dispuesto a simplificar las cosas y ayudar al cliente!

Très bonne application, SAV réactif Dommage que la page pour mondial relay soit en anglais, une modification serait vraiment nécessaire

Avevo già un account Packlink pro attivo, che ho poi collegato al mio nuovo shop su Shopify. L'attivazione è stata semplice, apprezzo la disponibilità da parte della commerciale Brunella Esposito in caso di necessità.

App works well never experienced any problems while using it. Tried other apps and they all are similar in operation so it purely comes down to the cost of the labels and these were cheaper than the other providers that we tried

Our account manager has been great since day 1, always available both via email and telephone. Clear and quick feedback in few minutes and no needed to wait for days before having an answer. Same experience via the online chat, available once we have started using the app. App very easy to install and use. Clear dashboard and opportunity to pre-set multiple standard info like sender addresses, packaging sizes and weight, everything very useful to speed up the labels preparation. We have been able to optimise our work flow and reduce the timing spent on the operational side of the orders preparation. A couple of things they could improve: opportunity to connect multiple stores to a single account; opportunity to leave to the client the chance to enable or disable some automations the app has as default (e.g. sending the tracking email once the label has been generated). Overall, great experience so far....

Bonne plateforme, prix attractifs, très peu de problèmes techniques. Quelques fonctions à ajouter comme inverser/échanger rapidement les adresses inscrites (pour un bon de retour par exemple).

Questa App e' molto utile in quanto integra le spedizioni direttamente risparmiando molto tempo. Tuttavia quando si mandano diverse spedizioni contemporaneamente, spesso si congela ovvero non manda il segnale di fullfilment su shopify, pertanto occorre sempre fare un double check. Il customer service fino ad ora l'ho trovato molto disponibile e facilmente contattabile.

Platform is good, app doesn't link with our store so we have to switch to their website to complete shipping. Support from Renata has been quick and super helpful in dealing with often problematic shipping and service from DPD.

Great App, above all, very good, proactive and reactive service! A pity that some destinations are not covered (switserland, USA, etc.) from our country (Belgium) but hopefully it will be the case soon? We recommend it of course!

Angelo e Stefano sono sempre a disposizione e pronti a risolvere tutti i problemi. Si può migliorare solo la parte della chat che a volte fa aspettare tanto e non si ottengono risposte molto chiare, ma quando si parla al telefono o via mail privatamente con Angelo o Stefano, loro sanno sempre come aiutarti.

Muy buena atención al cliente, Carmen Quintero es muy agradable y atenta. La plataforma bastante buena, faltaría alguna comodidad más para la opción mensual de shopify, sobretodo en la automatización, pero por lo demás la recomiendo, los mejores precios y con una interfaz muy intuitiva.

ero utilizzatore da privato dei servizi offerti da Packlink, ora anche per il mio sito utilizzo packlink Pro. l'utilizzo della App è sufficentemente intuitivo, molto buona l'assistenza che il nostro account "CIRO" offre ai suoi assistiti, il servizio Chat è normalmente di buon livello, purtroppo non sempre attivo. forse da ampliare il numero delle possibilità offerte in termini di corrieri

We're using the app in Spain. They're clearly working hard on improving the coverage in Spain and the functionality of the Packlink Pro service, but right now there are some pros and cons. Pros: - Without paying a monthly fee and without having to negotiate with each shipping service you get access to lower shipping prices. - Addresses are loaded automatically into the Pro platform and emails are sent automatically to customers. - Label printing is very easy. - Customer service is given by a dedicated person, and Renata is great. But the availability is only Monday through Friday during business hours, and e-commerce happens 24-7. Cons - There are separate platforms for packlink.es, pro.packlink.es, and pro.packlink.com and information isn't shared across these platforms. It's confusing, but also for some services (like COD) you need to use the regular, non-pro version and this information isn't saved in Shopify, and you don't get better pricing. - With the basic shopify plan, unless you sign up for a full year, the integration is only partial. You're unable to add services inside the app, and you're unable to give prices directly to customers via shopify. You basically export the order info to packlink pro platform to book shipping. - Once you book a service it can't be changed. If you make a mistake and you need to cancel it, the process is not immediate. Also, the customer was sent the original shipping information already. You need to inform them manually of changes. - No support for C.O.D. currently in the Spanish platform (pago contrareembolso).
