Ich habe bereits einige Pakete über Packlink versendet und bin mehr als zufrieden. 1. Die Preise sind sehr gut! 2. Ich habe einen persönlichen Ansprechpartner was für mich sehr ausschlaggebend war, denn ich möchte nicht jedes mal mit einem anderen Sprechen das macht mehr Arbeit. 3. Mir wurde sogar geholfen meinen Shop mit Packlink zu verbinden SUPER SERVICE letztere und wichtigste Punkt war das Packlink einen sehr freundlichen und kompetenten Ansprechpartner hat die mir bei allem geholfen hat. Ein großes Dank an die Frau Janin Engel Beste Grüße Öner Malcan

La plataforma funciona muy bien y el servicio de atención al cliente es excelente. Cuando he necesitado ayuda me han contactado al momento y súper eficaces.

Très réactif, service impeccable. Hubert est très compétent et se rend disponible pour répondre à mes attentes en cas de besoin. A chaque fois que j'ai fait appel à lui il a répondu présent et à gérer mes problématiques avec beaucoup de professionnalisme. Je n'hésiterai pas à le solliciter pour toute question. La solution est vraiment top et facilite grandement la gestion de mes envois. Je n'hesiterai pas à recommander votre solution à mon réseau.

La aplicación me gusta mucho y el servicio de Packlink PRO es muy bueno a mi me atiende Antonio Funes y la verdad que es un crack para cualquier cosa que necesites está ahí, lo que si estaría bien es que integrara en todos los shopify, (no solo en el pro) los servicios de envío, para facilitar todo el proceso, pero la aplicación me encanta y el servicio es muy bueno, al menos el chico que me lleva a mi que es Antonio Funes

I needed some assistance with integrating Packlink Pro to my Shopify account. I was put in touch with Renata Primorac who went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. She was immensely helpful, clear and detailed - we had a Teams call to run through the website step by step to help me with what I needed and more! A+ Customer Service from Renata and Packlink Pro as a whole. Thank you SO much !!

Brunella, la mia responsabile account, è stata molto esaustiva nelle risposte e mi ha dato dei consigli aiutandomi nelle spedizioni per la mia start up. Molto professionale e esaustiva nelle risposte mi ha configurato un piano adatto alle mie necessità. Consiglio l'applicazione per la professionalità riscontrata, anche se utilizzata da poco tempo, sono soddisfatta a pieno del servizio, integrabile a pieno con il mio e-commerce shopify.

Amazing customer support from Carmen in Spain! However, we still believe that packlink should improve some things such as the possibility of delivering to a pick-up point and customisation of emails.

I used packlink for a wile now, i'm very happy with the service and latly i have an amazing account manager- Renata Primorac, she is so fast, taking care of any problem in no time:-)

Veramente affidabile. Ho avuto qualche problema di gestione di logistica, e non solo Angelo Mattino mi ha contattato per email, ma mi ha anche chiamato direttamente sul mio num di telefono per darmi risposte dirette e utili per risolvere al meglio la mia situazione. Non riuscivo a creare alcune spedizioni, e tramite a Team View, Angelo mi ha dato maggiore assistenza direttamente sul pc. MEGLIO DI COSì non potevo chiedere. Appena mando una mail per qualsiasi esigenza, sono sempre disponibili. Grazie Angelo, e grazie Packlink.

Grazie alla Brunella Esposito, sono riuscita facilmente ad utilizzare la piattaforma. Super chiara, disponibile e super paziente! La piattaforma è molto comoda, soprattutto per piccoli imprenditori come me che non si sentono di spendere tanto per servizi come altri. Packlink PRO, per fortuna, è totalmente gratuito. Si paga solo ciò che si consegna. I prezzi, inoltre, solo più bassi se l'app è collegata a Shopify. CONSIGLIO!

Muy satisfechos con el servicio de Packlink para los envíos de nuestro e-commerce, con buena integración con Shopify. Posibilidad de escoger entre varios servicios y tarifas a precio competitivo, y un excelente servicio al cliente.

Packlink pro es indispensable para mi trabajo. Gracias a la app tengo acceso a diferentes couriers con tarifas ventajosas. Simplifica mucho el flujo de envío. Totalmente recomendable.

This is app has really helped me with my domestic shipments inside the UK. Jaime is always helpful and providing me with lots of advice and tips on how to get the most from the app. He was very patient with me as well as I had to shut my shop for a couple months due to Brexit regulation and he kept in contact and was happy to assist me when I reopened the shop. The prices for the shipments are competitive and I love the fact that I can now customise my packages.
