Easy to use and reliable, strongly recommended to manage shipping for e-commerce. The customer service is efficient and clear. Thanks to my account responsible, Brunella, for all the support she offered.

We are using this app for both our Shopify and eBay stores in the UK. This is a one-stop place to buy postage for orders. They have great couriers including Hermes and UPS. We have a dedicated manager, Renata, who helped us every step of the way and was there every time we needed help - so big shout out to Renata :) Cheers, Sam

Me llama la atención por su facilidad a la hora de instalar y porque antes de 24 horas un comercial se puso en contacto conmigo para ofrecerme su ayuda. Atención y facilidad inmejorable!!

Il servizio è rapido ed intuitivo, l'app è di grande aiuto per gestire ordini e spedizioni. Il supporto offerto da Angelo Mattinò sia via telefono che email è stato molto prezioso sia in fase di installazione che di gestione degli ordini.

He dejado de usar sendcloud definitivamente al probar Packlink Pro. Mucha más variedad en mensajerías, funciona genial, mi comercial Carmen me soluciona al momento los problemas y aunque solo he mandado 23 pedidos por ahora estoy bastante contenta.

Good app and they also have good customer service. You can control all your orders from one destination with multiple companies

So far so good. I am in the process of relaunching my store and had a number of questions. I emailed at 4 in the morning and to my surprise I had a response by 9am. A call was arranged to help me onboard and a follow up email was sent to help me with additional queries I had. If this level of service continues, I will be very happy.

Je vient de télécharger. L'application me semble bien et facile à utiliser mais sur la page "ajouter un service", je n'arrive pas à faire quoi que ce soit à cause d'un popup qu'on ne peut visiblement pas enlever du coup je suis bloquée
Merci pour votre review. Vous avez un plan basic mensuel, celui-ci n'inclus pas le CCS (Calculate Cost Shipping). Vous pouvez passer votre plan a un plan basic annuel qui vous permettra de configurer el transporteurs et de les proposer sur votre checkout. Ottima app, facile fa utilizzare, veloce e di facile comprensione. Fa risparmiare un sacco di tempo e le tariffe sono molto buone spedendo dall'Italia. Ottima l'assistenza clienti di Brunella, veloce, disponibile e soprattutto molto efficace. Grazie

Renata was very helpful, she knew the exact problem I was facing and went straight in with the solution without beating about the bush. she was very polite and friendly. she kept her professionalism through out the phone call, I am very impressed with the service she provided. if all workers behaved like her, customers will never be frustrated.
