Die App erleichtert uns sehr die Arbeit, da wir nix mehr manuell eingeben müssen. Ein-Klick-System und das Etikett wird erstellt. Falls es doch ein kleines Problem gibt, wird einem vom Kundenservice (Markus) direkt geholfen.

Excellent service, price and customer care. After trying many of them, since some months I have to say PackLink is the best App on shopify for shipping management. Prices are extremely competitive and customer service excellent. I received complete and extremely professional assistance by Davide Boscato, best of account managers! Really recommended

Chloe l'account manager m'a énormément aidé et conseillé pour l'installation de l'application, ce qui m'a fait décider à changer de plateforme d'expédition pour celle-ci. L'application fonctionne bien mais le SAV est lent à répondre même s'il solutionne le problème. Je recommande.

Service client au top, j'ai eu Antoine en ligne qui m'a appelé 5min après que j'ai contacté le service client par le chat. app facilement lisible et bien construire.

Really recommend - simple to use, good customer service, time saving. Pricing for UPS/DHL is good as well.

Sara (from customer service) guided me with the integration!!! Excellent service, Fast response Communications are exceptional Polite feedback For the moment the app is working correctly although It's not the cheapest one
