Great app. I had issues at the beginning but it has finally been solved. I can print my stickers. There is still improvements to be done to make it perfect.

Me he instalado la app para probar el servicio en mi tienda online. Para ayudarme en la instalación y funcionamiento me ha atendido Antonio Funes , que me ha sido de gran ayuda y me ha resuelto todas las dudas. La app es muy fácio y muy útil . Una lástima que para los clientes de Shopify Basic no podamos tener todas las funcionalidades que ofrece Pack Link , ya que facilitaría mucho el proceso de venta , envío y servicio post-venta.

Good app and easy to use .. James was super helpful in the setup and always answered my calls if I needed a little extra support.. only 4 stars due to a small issue with the extraction of order information and tariff codes for export orders .. but for domestic shipments it works well .. :)

L'installazione è semplicissima, e funzione bene su shopify, ho avuto problemi con una spedizione, ho trovato difficoltà ha rintracciare l'assistenza inizialmente poi grazie alla mia referente Brunella Esposito che si è interfacciata con me ho risolto.

Agréablement surprise par cette appli et le service qu'elle propose. Les tarifs qu'ils ont négociés auprès de certains transporteurs sont vraiment compétitifs. De plus, le service client est pour l'instant à la hauteur de mes attentes. Je la recommande +++

Prezzi molto buoni e competitivi. Ho molto apprezzato il fatto che assegnano un responsabile account così da avere sempre assistenza nel caso ce ne fosse bisogno. La mia responsabile account è Brunella, molto gentile e professionale!

De momento no pongo 5 estrellas porque acabo de empezar y quiero ver cómo funciona. A Antonio si que le pongo 5 estrellas, que ha sido muy atento y cordial. La aplicación tiene buena conectividad y la interface es bastante intuitiva.

Recomiendo Packlinkpro Pro como recién llegado en esto del ecomerce, pero... Finalmente y después de algunos ajustes técnicos, tenemos el app de Packlinkpro pro funcionando en nuestro e-comerce correctamente. Lado menos bueno: hay que hacer el pago anual de Shopify para que los técnicos de Shopify te desbloqueen su uso, lo cual si uno quiere montar un negocio que dure en el tiempo, no debería ser un problema. Y luego, la gestión de los envíos hay que hacerla desde la web Packlinkpro por lo que sales del workflow de Shopify par cerrar el envío y las etiquetas. Esto no es muy tedioso, ya que una vez en la web de Packlinkpro pro, todo va sobre ruedas, pero seguramente que una integración total. el futuro seria más practica para todos. Otro de los puntos imprecisos de Packlinkpro pro, es que en sus actualización de tracking de envíos, no siempre hay coordinación en tiempo real en todos los casos, por lo que te ves obligado a ir siempre a comprobar en la web de la empresa de mensajería elegida el estado real de tu envío. Si funcionase esto con mas precision, seria una integración de servicio ideal. Ya que el servicio técnico de Packlinkpro, una vez consigues crear un canal directo con ellos, se demuestra muy servicial, disponible y operativo. En nuestro caso, Jesús, se ha demostrado un referente en el problem solving o dudas, fundamental en nuestro animo para seguir adelante disfrutando de Packlinkpro con mas seguridad y vision de futuro.

After receiving the call from the service center and guidance about the tool I improve the ratings to 4 stars- I don't give the five one because I think this should be explain somehow at the app page. If you don't have the premium shoppify plan, there are parts of the process that will be required to do at the Packlink Pro page, but all the consumer data is exported so really ease and quick process.
