All I can say is the customer service is probably one of the best Ive ever experienced.Dealing with Renata I feel confident in their service and outstanding customer service compare to the other services out there.Their service eliminates the headache of you having to chase couriers and you can just focus on other elements of your business

Integrazione con Shopify molto semplice una volta capito il sistema, per questo ringrazio di cuore Brunella Esposito, mia responsabile account in Packlink Pro, sempre gentile e disponibile, ma soprattutto molto veloce e preparata in ogni circostanza. Viele unserer Kunden sitzen in den USA. Bis Ende 2020 haben wir diese über Transglobal Express beliefert. Die Versandzeit war jedoch immer sehr lang. UPS selber konnte uns keine guten Konditionen anbieten. Über Packlink versenden wir fast nur noch über UPS. Wir sparen wir Portokosten und die Versandzeit hat sich deutlich verbessert. Zudem konnten wir auch noch Zeit einsparen, da die Pakete jetzt bei uns abgeholt werden und niemand mehr zur Post fahren muss. Bei anfänglichen Einstellungsproblemen war der Support sehr hilfreich und immer schnell zu erreichen. Wir können Packlink nur empfehlen !!

Packlink pro me fait gagner un temps fou dans l’expédition de mes colis. Super facile à utiliser et à connecter à son compte Shopify. Service client au top ! Des prix vraiment bien négociés ! Je ne peux que recommander. Merci !

i really like this app, because user friendly, everything is ok apart from document integration with courier companies, they need to upgrade with necessary courier companies to share invoice details and product details to handle international delay, not all the courier but few of them, hope they will sort this out sooner, and we strongly recommended to use digital invoice system for smoother international movement,

Very easy to integrate and then to use. Managed to get up and running in less than 20 mins. Had a call to make sure everything was ok from a member of staff and my packages went off without a hitch same day. Prices are good too.

Great app. so easy to install and get up and running. Jeffrey at Packlink is so helpful and makes sure you have everything sorted is a timely fashion. Integration simplifies sending out packages and works extremely fast.

We are using this app for both our Shopify and eBay stores in the UK. This is a one-stop place to buy postage for orders. They have great couriers including Hermes and UPS. We have a dedicated manager, Renata, who helped us every step of the way and was there every time we needed help - so big shout out to Renata :) Cheers, Sam

Il servizio è rapido ed intuitivo, l'app è di grande aiuto per gestire ordini e spedizioni. Il supporto offerto da Angelo Mattinò sia via telefono che email è stato molto prezioso sia in fase di installazione che di gestione degli ordini.

He dejado de usar sendcloud definitivamente al probar Packlink Pro. Mucha más variedad en mensajerías, funciona genial, mi comercial Carmen me soluciona al momento los problemas y aunque solo he mandado 23 pedidos por ahora estoy bastante contenta.
