Totalmente recomendable, facilita mucho los pasos, muy práctica e intuitiva. Buen servicio de ayuda por parte del personal de packlink, en este caso Jaime Quintana, estando pendiente y disponible en todo momento para facilitar los conocimientos y ayudar a configurar la aplicación

Esta muy bien, es intuitiva, fácil de manejar, si tienes algún inconveniente puedes contactarte con ellos, me encanto por que en shopify me decían que tenia que pagar por un nivel mas, tengo el básico y ellos la configuraron con mi tienda sin tener que pagar adicionales y sin ningún inconveniente, me atendió Jesus y es muy amable y te explica todo.

First of all I got contacted by an Account Manager (Antoine) who helped me get started with the app. Really helpfull. Integration is smooth, rates are very interesting and everything is very easy to use. I would have loved a few more features (sorting/filter on the packlink order panel) or more depth on shipping rules, but overall this app is just a gem. Thumbs up to Antoine who helped me retrieve old orders a few months after setting up the app, great customer service. I Recommend.

Ottima app. Perchè ha un'ottima assistenza che ti accompagna in tutte le fasi. Il mio responsabile account Brunella è stata chiara e precisa dandomi anche consigli utili.

Ho iniziato ad usare Packlink Pro e mi sembra davvero un ottimo sistema, semplice ed intuitivo. L'assistenza è stata di alto livello, mi sono interfacciato con Brunella e mi ha seguito passo passo nel settare tutto al meglio!

App eccellente per gestire ed evadere gli ordini. Facile da collegare al proprio profilo Shopify e ben sincronizzata. Preparando l'etichetta e confermando il pagamento l'ordine viene evaso e archiviato in automatico. Il tariffario è equilibrato e offre diverse tipologie di spedizione. Da segnalare l'ottima assistenza da parte di Angelo: sempre disponibile a rispondere ai dubbi e/o alle richieste del nostro team.

Excellent customer service. My Account Manager, Markus, has guided me through every doubt I have had, advising me on what to do and how to do it better. On top of that, the customer's details are transferred and they look for the best shipping price for you. Very happy to discover Packlink for Shopify!

La verdad es que no podía empezar con más buen pie. Facilísimo de usar, de comprender, ágil y efectiva. Jesús en 10 minutos te arregla el problema que tengas con los envíos. Genial.
