Our account manager - JESUS, worth he's name! I did had an AWEFUL experience before, but Jesus definitely, changed my opinion about Packlink services. Sicuramente un'ottima soluzione per spedire gli ordini, i prezzi delle spedizioni sono decisamente concorrenziali ed il servizio di assistenza è ottimo e puntuale. Noi siamo al momento molto soddisfatti di questa App dopo averne provate diverse. ---- Definitely an excellent solution for shipping orders, shipping prices are very competitive and the assistance service is excellent and punctual. We are currently very satisfied with this App after having tried several.

I was contacted by one of their customer service consultant and they oferred an excellent shipping rate and went us through how to setup on our shopify and eBay system. Really impressive and user friendly service and would like to recommend for all businesses to ship their packages.

Acabo de empezar a realizar en envío a través de Packlink Pro y estoy súper contento, tanto por las múltiples opciones de envío como por las tarifas que ofrecen. El equipo es muy profesional, y tengo que agradecer a Jesús su llamada personalizada ofreciéndome su ayuda e informándome del funcionamiento de los envíos tanto nacionales como internacionales. Sin duda un acierto :)

Han sido muy amables y resolutivos para resolver un problema que he tenido a la hora de instalar la APP de Packlink en Shopify desde un terminal de Mac. Muy útil y cómodo para gestionar los envíos, excelente servicio con el mejor precio del mercado.

Estoy empezando con Shopify y estaba buscando una empresa que me ayudara con la logística de envíos y sobretodo que me permitiera abaratarlos para poder ofrecer un mejor servicio. Con Packlink parece que lo he conseguido y de momento estoy muy satisfecha. Ademas, el servicio de Atención al cliente es inmejorable, lo cual es de agradecer.

Venimos del Woocommerce y ahora estamos en Shopify. Lo primero que hemos hecho es recuperar la plataforma de Packlink para nuestros envíos. Antonio nos ha ayudado a entender las diferencias entre una plataforma y otra para que nada falle en cuando entre pedidos nuevos. Vamos!!

Packlink PRO au top. Ils proposent les meilleurs tarifs en France pour les envois B2C quand on a pas encore énormément de volume. L'app fonctionne bien, l’équipe est à l'écoute. On recommande à 100%.

Super App! Wir sind begeistert, es klappt alles reibungslos. Eine richtige Arbeitserleichterung und sehr guter Support und Kundenkontakt. Hatten vorher Chipcloud, finde die Benutzeroberläche bei Packlink besser. Daumen hoch, top Empfehlung!!

Me encanta Packling Pro, son super profesionales, Penélope la chica que me atendió es super amable y competitiva, así que estoy encantada que se hayan fucionado con ellos. Será mucho + fácil para mis clientas y para mi. Lo único que veo caro por parte de Shopify las tarifas que ponen al mes por la instalación de Packlink Pro en la tienda. Gracias y sigan avanzando.
