Packlink PRO Shipping Platform

Perfect integration with our Shopify eShop. Great customer service, and better shipping costs than other operators. Very happy so far.

This is the only app I could find that offers all the courriers I need (Mondial Relay, UPS, Colissimo, DHL...) where I could use their account, not my own account, so as to get the best discounted rates. I also like the fact that I am not charged a monthly fee, there is no limit to monthly packages... you just simply buy the labels from Packlink, no other charges. I was assigned an account manager, Antoine, who has helped me via phone and screen sharing multiple times to set things up. What other app gives you a mobile phone number of your personal account manager to call if you need help?! Really great customer service. Only things that could be improved: importing the order number from Shopify would be really good, and it is something every other app does. you import all other data from Shopify, so this should not be too hard and would make it much easier for merchants to match orders. Also being able to print the packing slip, not just the label, would be a cool addition. Overall, very happy with this app!

Service client inexistant, ils sont injoignables. L'application Shopify ne fonctionne pas sur Chrome sur Mac. Et les tarifs sont moins compétitifs que leurs concurrents.

Sono ormai diversi mesi che utilizzo quotidianamente questa App. E devo dire che ha reso possibile l'espansione di un business che altrimenti mi avrebbe richiesto più personale per essere gestito. Oltre a questo trovo che ti faccia risparmiare! Angelo Mattinò il mio referente mi è di supporto ogni qual volta ne abbia l'esigenza trovando soluzioni e supportandomi anche nelle scelte programmatiche relative al business online. Quindi ottima e consigliatissima!

Ottima app e buon servizio clienti. La uso per spedizioni con poste italiane, facile da impostare e usare. Purtroppo poi è successo che ho avuto problemi con una spedizione (andata in giacenza) e non ho più ricevuto assistenza. Una persona mi dice il pacco è in consegna l'altra mi dice che è in sede (a 90 km di distanza dall'indirizzo corretto). Ho riscritto per più chiarimenti ma nessuna risposta. Le risposte che ricevo sembrano robotiche. Unfortunately, had to update the review because the first one was peer pressured (the guy called me more than once to tell me to leave a 5 star review, even though he didn't help much). After using this platform for a while, I realized there is literally zero customer service and assistance. You have to wait ages on the chat and they close it after two words. No telephone available for calling and getting help.
