Super App! Wir sind begeistert, es klappt alles reibungslos. Eine richtige Arbeitserleichterung und sehr guter Support und Kundenkontakt. Hatten vorher Chipcloud, finde die Benutzeroberläche bei Packlink besser. Daumen hoch, top Empfehlung!!
Me encanta Packling Pro, son super profesionales, Penélope la chica que me atendió es super amable y competitiva, así que estoy encantada que se hayan fucionado con ellos. Será mucho + fácil para mis clientas y para mi. Lo único que veo caro por parte de Shopify las tarifas que ponen al mes por la instalación de Packlink Pro en la tienda. Gracias y sigan avanzando. Great customer service. Very responsive. They take the time and do follow-up. Also, the app works well. I strongly recommend.
App molto comoda. Permette di evitare il copia-incolla classico verso il sito di spedizione. La app si integra con Shopify ed è possibile stampare le lettere di vettura con pochi click.

This app is perfect to generate automatic shipping processes from your Shopify store. It gives you different options/prices for your shipping, you have to try a few options before you find the best one for you - I will never use any service that involve the Correos España again, for example, they are so slow! The system works well, all is clear and nicely linked. The phone customer service is also great, they answer quickly and they are very helpful. A special thanks to a wonderful woman named Julia who help me out when I started!! Her professional and friendly attitude deserves recognition!
BE CAREFUL !! Fulfilment are not synchronized, you will have to take care of it manually, which is very NOT convenient when you don't have much time. They are definitelynot ready yet for shopify - They told me months ago that it should be ok - But Still not. I m keeping it only because UPS freight cost is cheap. If you don't need UPS, then I would recommend Sendcloud instead.

Super service, je recommande. Les prix sont imbattables comparé aux concurrents. Facile à relier à Shopify et surtout un conseiller dédié, si vous êtes un professionnel, disponible et joignable facilement ce qui fait une grande différence sur tous les autres services !
Ottima piattaforma , servizio ottimo e puntuale. Utile con diverse opzioni in base alle proprie esigenze.
Excellent et ce serait parfait si on pouvait avoir le numéro de suivi automatiquement dans la commande et dans le mail de confirmation d'expédition
After receiving the call from the service center and guidance about the tool I improve the ratings to 4 stars- I don't give the five one because I think this should be explain somehow at the app page. If you don't have the premium shoppify plan, there are parts of the process that will be required to do at the Packlink Pro page, but all the consumer data is exported so really ease and quick process.
Thanks for your review. To return our carriers prices in your checkout you need the CCS (calculate Cost Shipping) feature. It looks that with the plan that you have it's not included. You can ask to the shopify support for the activation, you can also ask for an annual plan, the CCS feature will be included for free. You can also set up your shipping rates and push the orders to packlink pro: click on "ORDERS" in our module then "EXPAND" and finaly on "CREATE A DRAFT. Orders will be uploaded in our shipping panel with all the information fullfilled. i used this app to do my shipping and it is very good. I would recommand it for other ecommerce platforms.
Good service for shipping. APP it doesn't really work. Orders are not getting updated tracking or status. Active shippings are not showing thorough the app. You always have to work on their online website to track and everything. They should try to invest few hours and fix the app at least for basic functionality. La app non funziona, il servizio di spedizioni è carino. Va gestito quasi tutto dal web. La app passa solo gli ordini al sito. non puoi vedere tracking, non aggiorna tracking. Insomma non fa risparmiare molto tempo.
