My Page update is lost when published . Support team form PageFly help me to recover the data . In the end everything come back and Finished . I really appreciate it. Thank you very much for your help .

I had accidentally deleted a form on my website and contacted the support chat for assistance. Peter was extremely helpful and was able to log into my website and fix the issue for me in a short amount of time so my business was not affected. As someone who has no experience with website design and am trying to manage it myself, I am extremely happy with the support and service I received this evening :). Thank you Peter!

The support team was supper helpful. However, I feel that the elements are not very customizable and without support it is very hard to figure out how to get the page to look the way that you want to. When you have items that are on discount through shopify, that does not show up on the landing page because shopify doesn't change the price on the product page when you generate a discount. You essentially still need to do a lot of design work in something like Canva to create a modern look with great graphics then pull it into Pagefly.

I'm new to PageFly, so this is something I'm trying to learn little bit at a time. I've had another great Support Advisor by the name of Cookie, that was great in helping solve a payment issue that I was having with the the PageFly app and also some other issues. He was very supportive in help me with my issues.

Excellent responsive customer support technical team, had a chat with Mr. Max, provided exceptional support. Solved problems super quickly and guided the way forward. The PageFly system is great too, normal Shopify themes can get boring was able to make an amazing looking homepage in a matter of hours.

I've been on Shopify for more than 10 years now and Ive never used PageFly until now. Should've used it sooner. Super easy and great customer service. Highly recommend!! Will definitely keep using it.

Wouldn't usually do this but PFs customer service is totally next level - ad hoc video explanations for problems? really incredibly good.
