I have to give a shoutout to Junie with Customer Support. She was excellent and responsive and utilized many resources to help me. I feel like I learned the platform better with her help so as good as the app is the customer support is even better

The platform supports multiple languages and allows me to build pages intuitively just the way I want, so using it is truly enjoyable. However, when I published the page I created this time, it didn’t display as expected. I tried to troubleshoot the issue myself but couldn’t find the cause, so I contacted the official support chat as a last resort. To my surprise, the problem was solved instantly—so quickly that I wished I had asked for help much earlier. All I had to do was temporarily grant access permissions and simply wait, and everything was resolved for me. When I asked about the cause, they even provided a detailed explanation with screenshots, which was incredibly helpful. It has been a long time since I’ve experienced such impressive and touching customer support. I am truly grateful to Chinonso, who helped me so kindly.
