Easy to use, had a hiccup with publishing a page but their support responded in their chat window in literally 2 minutes. They stayed on with me for 15 minutes and got it resolved swiftly! (The problem was on my end - didn't update the app for 2 years)

I will recommend PageFly to you, the main reason is the excellent online customer service, especially friendly to those who are not good at coding. They are always on your side to solve your issues efficiently and exactly. What's more, I think Pagefly is more flexible and customizable to use than other page building app.

This app is extremely valuable for my Shopify site. It allows me to have flexibility in designing each page according to my preferences. Although there is a learning curve, the support team is exceptional and they respond quickly to chat messages. Hailey has been incredibly helpful in resolving any issues I've had within minutes of reaching out to them. I am very grateful and happy with this app!

After several days of hard work, my event page is finally completed. First of all, I would like to thank Hannah and Maeve for their help. These two were very patient in making optimization suggestions and answering my questions one by one. I am very grateful. Most of the support team are great and I'm grateful to them. Worst app ever. I paid for and requested service. As a result, many bugs appeared on the site and affected sales. But the developer doesn't try to solve them. ⇒A few days later, I received a message from an agent named Cookie. She was extremely kind and listened more attentively than any other representative I've dealt with. She stayed up late to help resolve a bug, for which I am very grateful. While there may still be various issues that could arise, I have updated my review with expectations for the future. ⇒2023/12/18 The person in charge is always on vacation. There are too few staff available to respond to bugs or when urgent bugs occur. This has affected the store many times. We honestly disclose that we created the theme on Pagefly. I found it less stressful to buy a paid theme.
