Really, really amazing and helpful customer support team! They worked with me in a very timely manor until my issue was resolved and it was a huge relief for my small team. It's a great app that is intuitive for the most part - if anything is above my head I simply start a live chat and within minutes someone is there to answer my question and I'm on my way. Love their support team!! Quick response. I changed a couple things in PageFly settings & for some reason my prices stopped showing on the product pages. Couldn't figure it out for the life of me and time was very much of the essence. PageFly support (Mahedi) responded almost instantly and fixed the issue within 5m. Such a relief to know there's great support standing by for when we need it. Thanks again!

Page Fly is always fantastic to work with. The customer service reps are very knowledgeable and always ready to help. This program is very easy to teach yourself with very little background in design.

So far, I have only had positive experiences with PageFly. Whenever I had questions or needed assistance, someone was there immediately to help! PageFly has given me the opportunity to turn my Shopify store into a Homepage as well. Next month, I will upgrade to the paid version to access all the features. But so far, everything has been wonderful! I will wait to see how the website performs live, and there may be another update then.

the worst experience i've had on a shopify app. images on all of our pagefly pages were removed without permission. whoever we spoke to (orange and taylor) were very quick in concluding that we were the ones who sabotaged ourselves by deleting a file which resulted in wiping out all images. no investigations were conducted to assess who, when and how the file got deleted. no resolution offered. we're on our own. the last we saw the pagefly pages up and running was just yesterday. our shopify activity logs did not show anyone deleting any files or accessing the pagefly app. i wish the pagefly team had been less dismissive and more helpful in getting the issue investigated or fixed. looks like no one from pagefly wants to be accountable for this mess. such a horrible experience.
Firstly, I would like to take responsibility for the poor experience you had and acknowledge that your 1-star review was completely justified. I would like to apologize for the issues you encountered while using PageFly. We have tried all ways, but unfortunately, we cannot restore the missing images. But we really want to do as best as we can to make up for your loss and assist you whenever you need to upload images or check your pages. It is our responsibility to investigate and resolve any problems that arise. To avoid such occurrences in the future, I will be working with the Development team to improve our app and I am actively overseeing the training of our support team to elevate the quality of our support. I am sorry for everything that made you disappointed and you had to spend a lot of time and effort with them. The Support Team is one of the best team you could deal with, they are fast responsive and providing a detailed explanations of any issue you might face during creating the page. The App itself is amazing and alot of options are listed so the pages can be generated with richy content and in a proficiently way

Fast and efficient support, really great support. The construction of the landing pages is good but I fell that is necessary a new interface to the end user, need to be more easy to create the pages, to make a beatiful design and more intuite.

Pagefly is a fantastic app, and has allowed me to build the store that I had imagined, without limits. Throughout the building process I have come across a number of things that I have needed help with and the PageFly support team have always quickly and efficiently helped me! The app is nice but need more improvement due to the glitch. Some function in editor part appear different than the preview. But the support have been very helpful and fast response.
