I’m here to enthusiastically review this app. I started using Pagefly a few months ago and although I had some difficulties at the beginning, I immediately found a way to solve everything thanks to customer support. Pagefly does her job very well but the caregivers do it even more. Do not hesitate to contact them because they will help you immediately and efficiently. I recently had the pleasure of working with the Shopify page builder team, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with their exceptional customer support. I had been facing some issues with my website, but their team patiently walked me through the entire process and resolved all of my problems with ease. Not only that, but they also helped me with some design tweaks that I had been struggling with. What really stood out to me was how kind, polite, and sweet the team was throughout the entire process. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that my website was functioning perfectly, and I couldn't be happier with the end result. If you're looking for a page builder with top-notch customer support, I highly recommend giving the Shopify page builder a try. You won't be disappointed!

Just started using this app, so it's still pretty early days in our journey. A few things stand out even at this early stage: 1) The app has pretty much every feature that you may want to spruce up your Shopify pages. Extremely packed with features, great UI and performance seems to be very good. 2) Price is decent for what you get. We are on a $24/m 10 slot plan currently. 3) This is the real game changer: they have 24/7 support and from our experience so far, their support personnel are really excellent.

I must say Chloe was really helpful. I also had a word with Kyo and Miso. All of them were really patient and helpful. Unfortunately by the time I got back to the team, Kyo and Miso were done with their shift. Great App to build your website easily. It has many features and is constantly enhanced. Support is really great and responsive! The Website builder is sometimes a little bit buggy, but predictable if you get the hang of it.

Tried several pagebuilders before settling on Pagefly. I've interacted with their support several times as I've gotten up to speed and they are excellent - very responsive, clear communicators, and proactive in making sure my site works well for users. The other key difference for me was the ability to insert a block of my own HTML/Liquid, which some other pagebuilders prevent. If you want to use the power of Shopify, you usually need to add a bit of liquid here or there. Pagefly is a key to my ability to launch a great site.
