This page builder is easy to use. The support team was quick in responding, particularly Cookie, who had helped troubleshoot a theme discrepancy, which we failed to notice.

Just migrated to pagefly in a bit to work on my website without the original developer needing to help. I came unstuck whilst trying to optimise the site for the phone, tablet and desk top. I thought I would try the chat option but wasn't expecting much help as they usually are automated. Well, I was very wrong! Cookie was great - understood my issues and fixed them very quickly. I was able to add screen shots to the chat easily to help explain and she went out of her way to check the fixed site on various devices available to her to ensure it was working smoothly. Cannot praise enough - I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of swapping over. The web building process is now very simple for someone who has no training whatsoever

Loving it so far! We're just getting started, but stumbled across PageFly as Shopify Blog Posts are very limited in functionality. For non-code users, pagefly is the way to go! The whole editorial team can create amazing blog posts with this app! I contacted the customer support for initial setup questions and they were really responsive and helpful. Thanks Anna - 10/10!

PageFly has made it easy to set up pages on our new Shopify site. Having come from a Magento site, it has been much easier than before. When we have ran into issues that we've not been able to solve from PageFly's advice pages, their live chat support has been excellent. Very responsive and knowledgeable, where we were struggling, they helped us and the page was exactly how we wanted it within 10 minutes. Brilliant support!

I will admit that in the beginning it was a bit rough with the first support agent she did try her best and I will not give her name.. but after her came NANA ( like a grandma) she was AWESOME! She completed what I was trying to get a developer to do and they had no clue. Her services was Superb! Patient, kind, thorough, and very knowledgeable. Thank you very much NANA!
