So easy to learn and use, increases productivity hugely letting us try and test layouts and designs without wasting our developer's time. Also the support is amazing, fast and knowledgeable.

Customer service agents are the best! QUICK AND EASY reliable help to any issues. most recently I spoke to Angel & he was helpful, super quick and I'm a little jealous of his technical ability maneuvering page fly as with all new things its a bit of a learning curve... but jeez, it's really easy as you get the hang of it and for everything else the 24/7 chat provides lots of advisement and help!

PageFly is a fantastic way to make your site look more professional. It is easy to use and implementing it into your website is a breeze. Their free templates for product pages really spruced up our sites look and feel. I'll also add that their customer support is prompt and very helpful, they've helped solve issues and even taught me how to solve them myself in the future by sending screen videos of them adjusting the page for me. Support is very quick and is available 24/7. The support team is very helpful. Some of the app features could be improved for ease of use and to make even better pages, but overall very good app !

I previously wrote a review of my experience with Randy, and am adding based on my experience working with Chloe just now. I have consistently had an outstanding experience with the PageFly staff. They just go above and beyond to ensure I have what I need, making videos and providing great explanations with step-by-step instructions. I've never experienced better customers service. I'd give them 6 stars if that was an option. As a non-tech person, I was thrilled by the customer service I experienced with Randy at PageFly, who went above and beyond to ensure that my questions were answered and that my site was working well. He probably saved me 20-40 hours of work with his thorough responses, helpful suggestions, and video step-by-step instructions. Thank you, Randy!

This app is amazing for customizing my store! You get so many pages for free and you get access to live chat. I would give five stars even on the support alone. I've had to contact their team several times throughout this week and before that and they've helped me so much. Even when it took hours to resolve an issue, they went above and beyond. Overall, I absolutely love this app for customizing my store and they provide excellent customer service. I recommend this app to everyone!

I have found the app super easy to use and the customer support is amazing. Really quick response time and excellent help and support from them. I love the videos they send you of how to do things on your site - showing you step by step. Would definitely recommend.

Very good app. At the beginning I had some difficulties to create universal Product Page and universal Collection page for all of my products and collections, but It's possible! Few things that weren't clear from the start, so I will write them here: 1. While working on a page (for example product page), you don't see changes when you click Preview. That's a shame. You need to Save and Publish the page. Then you click live view of a page and you see changes. 2. You can easily Unpublish the page (under Publish button), so if anything is badly made, it's 5 sec and it's going back to normal. 3. You can think at the beginning that it doesn't work, because after publishing you still see old layout at the top of a page. That's because you need to turn this basic, shopify layout off. You do it in pagefly on the right sight (three dots -> Page settings). 4. YOU CAN CREATE UNIVERSAL PRODUCT and universal collection page, so that it will work separately on all of your collections and products. If you do universal pages, then some basic things you have to do in Shopify Product page - such as text about the product and adding photos. The rest is organised in PageFly. Don't be shy and if you have any problem with finding option or some other, click at the bottom left for a live chat, they are helping right away!
