This is a great app. I think that they also have great customer support. It is worth the money for sure.

The support is the best part, they are really helpful and will go above and beyond for your site edits and integrations. Pagefly is easy to use, similar to divi or elementor if you're used to those with wordpress. a BUNCH of integrations with other apps that you can just drag and drop as well!

This app was a bit tricky to figure out at first (coming from someone new to designing a website) but their videos & customer support are extremely helpful! Love how easy it is customize pages the way that I'd like for them to be.

When you update your theme to Shopify 2.0 all of your pages will be unworking. They can't help anything, even you unpublish all of your pages they will still break your page.

I used pagefly to design my website and their staff were great. When I had 2 problems, including the cart not showing the quantity in real time when I clicked the add to cart button and my shopping list had duplicate punctuation, they were very prompt in dealing with the problems I raised. they are great young people that you can trust.

Just downloaded the app today and getting my head around it all. The help videos are really good and the chat support is great. I had several questions answered and resolved within minutes and Aldwin even went onto my page to adjust something for me. Really great support, thank you!

Listen please the customer service here is the absolute BEST i have EVER experienced in my entire life. Cristian is rated my #1 customer service agent of all times. The patience he had with me OMG I don't think I could do it:). He not only answered all of my questions thoroughly but he gave me the tools to try and fix myself. Once I cried about failing he did not hesitate to fix it for me. I literally told him I loved him. BTW I NEVER ever write reviews but just launching a new online store and being able to have top notch customer service is GRAND!! PLEASE PLEASE acknowledge his hard work and efforts. Also please let me not forget to mention he helped me for about 3 hours or more on multiple things the first day and then I was blessed to get him again on launch day morning where he completed everything I needed. Okay I'm done now moving on to Maria and Tristan they also helped me with a minor issue and very good customer service as well. Everyone has been AWESOME!!!! Sorry this was so long but I truly appreciate all at PageFly.

I really wish I could rank it higher. It has been a blessing to be able to create landing pages for my products. It helped my ROI immensely. Unfortunately, in these days of SEO, their page speed is much lacking. When you go to their site to find out how to speed it up, the article is very defensive, blaming the site speed on everything else. I set up a simple contact form using their base template and the Google Lighthouse speed rating was a 23. I will continue to use it until I can test other Shopify page builders and their speed. User experience is first and foremost today. Pagefly has an easy platform, so they are great at that. I'm trying to give my customers user experience and Pagefly isn't the best at that speed-wise.

From the 3.0.0 version, our Developers optimized PageFly codes to make them clean and make sure there is no effect on customer’s store speed. The customer service is always very quick and helpful - major highlight of the app. Special shoutout to Randy who just solved a full width issue we've been having for a while. At times the app itself is not as intuitive as I'd like it to be, but overall its doing what we need to.

Really good app and easy to use page builder. Pretty extensible and definitely worth the money if you need more pages than the free one provides. Support is really quick and excellent too.

Easy to use and great to set up templates. Problem is that the templates keep changing on the page, css styling issues randomly change. Templates for particular pages or blogs just changes with no reason as to why it happens. Support is given when the issue happens, but we honestly have no idea how long the issues were there for, and can't afford to have these random bugs and glitches all over the website.
