I recently had the pleasure of working with the Shopify page builder team, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with their exceptional customer support. I had been facing some issues with my website, but their team patiently walked me through the entire process and resolved all of my problems with ease. Not only that, but they also helped me with some design tweaks that I had been struggling with. What really stood out to me was how kind, polite, and sweet the team was throughout the entire process. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that my website was functioning perfectly, and I couldn't be happier with the end result. If you're looking for a page builder with top-notch customer support, I highly recommend giving the Shopify page builder a try. You won't be disappointed!

App is great, we have found unlimited ways to edit the site at a quick drag and drop. Integrates with several apps. Whenever I need support an agent on live chat logs in makes a quick edit or assists me to make said edits. Compared to the price of a dev this is a no-brainer! The only bug bear I have had is overall site speed. But I believe that to be a Shopify issue as I have used 2 other popular site builders and they are all the same, its the way the Shopify framework loads the site first and apps later. Using lazy loading which is native in pagefly offers a slight fix for that. Amazing app. We are competing with Magento competitors and this is great!

the pagebuilder itself has a lot of nuances that are not very intuitive to use, however the chat customer service is 2nd to NONE! Any time day or night (literally) that i have a problem editing the pages, they are there to help AND show me exactly how they did it, and it never take more than a few minutes to accomplish what would have taken me hours if I just kept going crazy trying to fix something myself! Tyler and Touriq (I hope I spelled that right) are among the best to work with, are always super polite, patient, and excellent on the technical side. TOP NOTCH!

Just started using this app, so it's still pretty early days in our journey. A few things stand out even at this early stage: 1) The app has pretty much every feature that you may want to spruce up your Shopify pages. Extremely packed with features, great UI and performance seems to be very good. 2) Price is decent for what you get. We are on a $24/m 10 slot plan currently. 3) This is the real game changer: they have 24/7 support and from our experience so far, their support personnel are really excellent.

This is the best app. If you want to build a shop without knowledge about coding and programming, this app is AMAZING!!!!! And also, if you need help, customer support will fix the problem in 2 minutes.

Whilst it may be a bit overwhelming at first for someone like myself without much page building experience, I was able to completely overhaul my Home Page within an hour. I've used Pagefly a few times now and it been great. Mosr recently I needed a fix with how a few things were displayed on mobile. I got a response very quickly and the whole thing was solved within 15 minutes. Great customer service
