We just started using PageFly, and I had a small learning curve and needed help fixing my own mistakes. I got help immediately from Angel, including multiple personalized video recordings to help me resolve the issue. Customer Service A+. Functions great and is already helping our store look more professional.
We work hard every day to give you the best service, for us it is very important that you can create the most beautiful pages in the simplest way, every time we read that we are doing it well we encourage ourselves to continue working thank you for your words :D Please let us know if you need help. They have great technical support. Felipe helped me solve a problem in minutes i was trying to solve. The interface is really easy to navigate as well

great app that allows for creating customized pages - home included. extremely user friendly, especially for someone without any technical knowledge. in addition, customer service is exceptionally quick and accommodating. currently on the brooklyn theme, and the pages created through this app have transformed the site into one that is much more dynamic and visually interesting than it would've been without it. after over a year of using the app, I've found the customer support team to be extremely helpful and quick to revert with solutions that are effective and easy to understand. Sally from the team, in particular, has been such a great help.

I never found a kind of page design app like this one! all of your team is brilliant. no matter free version or upgrated plan, the customer service team and the developer helps a lot. They are very patient and solve my questions quickly.

The functionality is great, very intuitive and powerful. The customer support that is available is incredible also, start a live chat and ask a question and it is resolved very quickly. Cannot recommend enough

We have made our shop in PageFly. It is very simple to use, and it allows us to create a nice looking site, even though we are not very technical ;) From time to time we run into some problems, because we don´t have all the right skills, but each time we are getting help from the PageFly team! Especially Angel from PageFly has been a great help! We can highly recommed the PageFly app! :)

I would 100% recommend this app, fantastic for vastly improving the look of your web pages, and very easy to use - brilliant. And if you need help with anything at all, the team are on it within minutes, and will give all the help and advice you need - ask for Aldwin, he's a star!

I am not the world's most knowledgeable person when it comes to using software - especially for building/populating web pages. I decided on PageFly for additions to my shop and was expecting a long and tedious learning process. However, I mastered the software it in a relatively short time and where I struggled with two issues I found a 24/7 helpline operator available for me at the click of a button. Their help was courteous and to the point and they had me up-and-running again in no time at all. Three cheers for PageFly!

I needed to upload a banner for the first time to pagefly and the person who managed it is no longer with the company. Thank you God! they had a chat and Anne was available to help me and she recorded video for me to walk me thru. Talk about Customer Service. She was a life saver. No way I could have uploaded that banner without her help and support. I just want to Thank Anne for the great customer service she provided. Keep it up!
