The recent updates PageFly made to their editor are awful. They took away a lot of necessary functionalities. Although their support team are very responsive, the general team lacks a lot of knowledge of their own product. It took them days just to figure out how to make banner images for the slideshow responsive on all screens and even after back and forth with numerous support team members, I still had to figure it out myself.
On behalf of the team, I would like to apologize for everything that your bad experience with our app and service. Thank you for staying with us so we can have a chance to support and fix the issues for you. I will train our support team more to make sure they can provide the best service for you. It is a great app to build your landing pages. some features could be a bit more intuitive, but the support is always there to help quickly. I will surely continue using it

I needed an easy way to create a landings page in Shopify. I'm not very technically, so I was looking for an easy page builder. Well, PageFly is easy to use, but the best feature is the customer service/help desk. Very fast response and great help! I will have my landings page up in no time :)

Very easy to use, very intuitive. And if you have questions about how to use a function, they are ready to help you at all times. They have helped me a lot, even though I was still on the free plan until I advanced in the design of more pages. They even helped me with design tips to make my page look more professional. The support is exceptional, 5 stars.

I really like this app. I used many other apps but their support center is really outstanding. Live chat is really wonderful. They really care about thee customers. If you have some issues during the designing stage, they will help you and resolve your issue for you. Highly Recommended !!!

The app is VERY VERY good, after overcoming the learning curve it enables you to build fantastic pages. and the customer service is incredible - they helped me fix all the small details I just didn't know how to do. UPDATE - after using this app for over 4 months now I am now SURE it's the best ap out there for building a user friendly, powerful and fast website that CONVERTS!

I cannot stress enough the amount of time saved from this support team. Felipe specifically for me anyway, is an absolute superstar and my LAWD the magic these guys can do! I was so nervous starting out but this support is easily the best out there for any app. If you want a dynamic way to build a shopify site that is anything but ordinary, with an easy, dynamic way to do that beautiful templates and again, I cannot stress this enough 5 STAR SUPPORT , PageFly. ALWAYS PageFly!

Great. Easy to use interface to make a simple or complex page. I asked for help showing a google calendar and they fixed it right away.

We use PageFly to vastly improve the editing options of Shopify pages, whilst the free app is great it is well worth paying for one of the other options depending on how many pages you need. Support is fantastic too Kate actually contacted us to say she had spotted a small error on one of our pages and not only fixed it straight away she conducted a review of all of our other pages whilst she was there (Thank you Kate!!). Highly Recommended!
