I would like to give more than 5 Stars. I worked with a highly motivated employee called Paula. She was sooo friendly, helped me with all my request and expat es me all my questions. She immediately understood all my belonings. Best customer support Conpared to all other Shopify supports.

PageFly really made the website development aspects of Shopify easier. I love being able to see the Mobile and Laptop views of the site clearly before publishing. The tool is taking me a little bit of time to learn. It is intuitive to click and drag website components next to each other. However, the documentation and tutorials are good not great. That said, the instant messaging support is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and useful (even in the free version), and easily overcomes any lack of searchable reference material.

Regarding the issue that you mentioned in the review, I truly understand that it’s not easy for new users in the first time using, but when you get familiar with PageFly, it will be useful a lot to you. I'm giving 3 stars because sometimes support is good and sometimes it's really terrible. I think, sometimes they know how to help and other times they don't know how to fix some of the glitches in PageFly. If they ask me one more time to try a different browser (we have multiple staff in multiple countries who are all experiencing the same glitch) I think I might lose my mind :) I find PageFly good and it has created a good website design for us but it is clunky and can be troublesome. I think maybe it's the best option out there but Shopify... really? This is what you leave us with - all these clunky apps.

This app has lots of great features. BUT. There is one extremely annoying aspect to it. There is a 24 hour chat service run by a bunch of people who are completely clueless. Every time I ask for help I lose hours of my time going round in circles with them, and regularly things end up worse than before. It is extremely frustrating, they are not properly trained and do not know what they are doing. It needs to be sorted out for this to be a good app.

I love PageFly for two reasons: solution and people. First of all, PageFly so far suffices 99% of our needs for creating customized Shopify pages. It is easy to use and very customizable. Secondly, PageFly's support is really 24/7 and very responsible, knowledgeable, and friendly. It's amazing to have such stellar support service during the pandemic. I have to give a specific compliment to a support engineer - Daisy who resolved three technical issues within 30 mins of time - saving me at least 3 days of work. I am definitely a lifetime customer of PageFly - Thank you!

The page editor has many functions, it is SEO-friendly, fast loading speed, simple and clear operation. There is also a lot of support for third parties. The support response is very fast, usually within 1 minute
