Pagefly is easy to use and intuitive in design. Their customer chat was instant and very helpful in problem solving. Very satisfied with the product and assistance.

I really like this app. Super easy to create pages but more importantly, the chat support and follow up support is very responsive and very helpful. The support is always willing to help answer questions on any little thing I am attempting to do and I find them enjoyable to work with. Would like to have a little flexibility on being able to customize the number of pages in the billing plan around to suit our company's needs (i.e. the plan provides 30 pages of each type - there are a couple of types I would most likely never use - so would love to have those 30 pages customized to allow me 60 regular pages for instance so I get the full value of the number of pages I am paying for). Other than this one "complaint" or wishlist item, I highly recommend this app just based on the great support alone.

We recently started using PageFly. Being new to the app we did struggle somewhat but with absolutely great customer service it is a pleasure to use the app.

We needed to add a dynamic page to our site since our Shopify template only had one dynamic (home) page available. Pagefly was great. And WOW--Angel answered my help needed chat and was so fast & efficient. I am really impressed and appreciative! Try PageFly - I'm impressed!

I'm not good at English, but I asked questions using translation tools. He checked the situation very carefully and solved my problem. It was a very good response. If you want to raise the problem of the tool, I feel that you should implement the function that leads to the improvement of page speed. After page customization, you need to take action to improve page speed, which is a daunting task. Also, I think we can have more templates. However, I love PageFly!

The customer service chat option is a great way to get help! Cookie, the representative who helped me stayed with me for almost an hour troubleshooting all my problems as I got to learn how to use the app. Thank you for the great customer service.

Customer Service is excellent. They solved a major issue in a matter of minutes. The app is excellent as well. It offers a ton of features and makes it easier for future edits. Even though you are not a developer, you can use this app very easily.

Page building process is as simple as laying bricks, plus every single detail is cutomizable exactly the way you like. Wish I found it earlier.

The PageFly team is great! Their app has been a game-changer for our Shopify store. It gives us full control over design, which allows us to make changes on the fly that previously cost us a lot of time and money to have a developer do it. Very happy with their service and platform!
