I am new to pagefly and have zero knowledge in website design. The extremely prompt response from Nathan was extremely helpful and he solved my issues after providing initial troubleshooting advise. The entire process was completed within 20 mins.

So happy with this app. I've been able to create my own product pages and about pages without any hassle - and this is even on the free version. When I did have a query I was able to receive support from Tristant in such a timely manner. Highly recommend! Thank you :)

Emad & Hailey from Pagefly have been so incredibly helpful! I had issues with html and moving my images/content around to display correctly on desktop & mobile - they have both helped me make the changes i need, no questions asked. I have been using this app ever since their release. There is a slight learning curve, but once you understand everything it becomes a very powerful tool. Hands down best page builder app out there for shopify right now. Their support team always responds instantly with any issues.

I asked the dev's to help me add-to-cart button as 'CTA' with showing notification pop-up box when clicked. They promptly helped me out to resolve this issue.

I have just leveraged PageFly's assistance as I was unable to format portions of my pages as I'd wanted - I was looking to do something that required a decent amount of customization. PageFly's support team was amazing, they responded very promptly to my inquiry and helped me through the whole process until I obtained the result I was looking for. I appreciate their constant support and especially how friendly the support team is! Excellent service so far, no complaint to be made!

I am a small business owner and installed this app to avoid having to pay a developer each time I want to make updates & enhancements to my website as I use a standard Shopify theme template. I use the Product Page builder to format my product page in a clear and concise way to convert more customers, as this page is as good as your best sales person! I use the Collections Page builder to display a video next to each of my collections to show how to use the product in advance! I've had a couple questions as I install more Apps to integrate and to optimize the page further and the customer support & technical teams have always been on call to fix my issues in a diligent manner. Thank you - I'm very pleased that I can edit my website without knowing how to write all the back-end code! I believe this will help me scale my business as I can have control over how the customer gets introduced to the company and products.
