The customer care team is extremely helpful! They helped me set up my home page and answered all my doubts, they even looked into the shopify backend to fix I problem I was facing with the background not appearing properly on the live website. Thanks guys and keep up the good work!

This app gets the job done by getting information to customers. However, I wish that it was more user friendly for people who don't know code. I use wix for another site and like how freeing it is to drag text, pictures, etc. anywhere without having to be so structured.

I try it for free the first time. because I want an app to customize the look of my blog posts. Having a look I realize that you can customize the entire website. The customer service chat works amazing and if you have any question they help you really quickly

This is a fantastic app for customizing all your pages. Not only is the app extremely helpful for a non-artistic coder the customer support is off the charts helpful. I had the pleasure to work with Randy to get a problem I was having solved and we figured out the problem in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend this app and company.

Pagefly makes creating beautiful pages easy. It's got a lot of features, but it's really easy to learn/get started. Messed something up? You can count on the excellent Pagefly support staff to help when something doesn't work as expected. Paula, in particular, has been a great help in fixing my blunders and showing me where I went wrong so I can learn and become more proficient.

I used this app for only a few days and it is AMAZING. Very straight forward and user friendly. I did have a few questions along the way and the customer support is UNREAL. Their response time was in under two minutes and they answered my questions right away. Dom & Salem were so nice and so helpful. Seamless process. Essential for your business!!!

The app works and you get what you pay for but their support team has been HORRIBLE. I've been facing an issue with the facebook pixel, probably have already lost THOUSANDS... trying to figure out what the problem is. It seems like it's pagefly code interfering with my theme code but their support team has taken over a WEEK, including multiple back and forths to TELL me to "explain to them what the problem is cause they dont understand it".... For real? How about having a single person stick to a single support ticket and make sure he truly understands the issue and help us solve it? You guys have multiple support people taking a look at my ticket and that doesnt help anyone. Get your stuff together and I will make sure to update this review accordingly, but its incredible the type of support you guys provide. GEEZ....

When I first switch my website over from Wix to Shopify so I could integrate more payment options, one look at the theme and editor options and I thought I had made a huge mistake and wouldn't be able to recreate the site I had previously. I have a lot of different pages with different layouts and elements and honestly, I felt completely hopeless! Pagefly has completely changed the game when it comes to being able to customise your website yourself (without having to spend thousands on a developer!) and I couldn't have the website I am so proud of without it! They're customer service team are very helpful and have even edited parts of my page for me that I couldn't figure out how to do myself! Couldn't recommend more!

This is my first time actually puting a website together so I took the challenge to create some pages on pagefly, I am impressed with their support.
